cute, but..
this suit is adorable. very cute and sassy. however, the top has no support for
boobs. it needs some boning or something for a size 12. sent back.

Great Suit!!
Very flattering suit. I usually have to order up a size when it comes to bathing suits - not this one. True to size. I wear a 10 and I ordered a 10 and it fit perfect!

Looked Much Cuter on TV Than in Person
As mentioned in another review, this swimsuit is not flattering in the stomach area. I have a somewhat exaggerated hourglass figure - my bust and hips are about size 18, but my waist is a size 12 to 14. The drape of the fabric around the waist made my small stomach look large. Also, while I loved the idea of polka dots they were not flattering in person - I think they would look cute on a small figured woman (like size 8 or smaller), but for an average size or larger woman they make you look bigger. That being said, the color (teal) was beautiful and exactly as shown on TV. I also liked the cross straps on the back which made for easy adjustment. I did end up returning this to QVC because it was not right for my body type.

I wanted this to be like last year's option
I was excited when I checked online for Ocean Dream Swim suits and found this was again available because I had missed last years similar style. I ordered the size that I needed last year in another style of Ocean Dream which was a 10, where I usually wear a 12. I got the red which I really wanted. But the suit was small. I could wear it, but the fit over the abdomen curved right down my tummy and didn't hide my tummy at all. The ruffle did hide my upper thigh. I was concerned about the large dots also, but when the purple was available in a 12, I ordered it too. Same problem with the suit curving right down over my tummy. Also, the large dots were just as funny in the purple as the red. I just sighed and decided this was a no go and sent both suits back. Pity. I really loved the suit....I thought. I liked the small dots but I will never know if last years style fit over the tummy the same.

THE PERFECT SWIMSUIT
I am 58 and a 40DD (have had a huge chest since I was 12 years old) and don't understand why designers think full busted women want halter top anything -- if you have a large chest, all you get is a neck ache from your neck holding up all the weight. These crisscross straps hold me in place without the pain. The ruffle is VERY FLATTERING for a woman my age. All in all, the best swimsuit I have ever had. Would love to see this EXACT style in more colors and prints. I live on the Gulf Coast where we swim just about all year and would love, love, love to see this swimdress in stock all the time with more colors and prints!!!!! A big kiss to Ocean Dream!

Adorable
I was a little afraid to order a swim suit online, but when I got it and tried it on....it fit like it was made for me. Very true to size. The only problem I have is the skirt floats up when I'm in the water, so I'll put a little stitch here and there and it'll be fine.

Works well on the petite.
I usually expect to do some altering on the straps of any bathing suit because they usually don't adjust short enough for me. This suit fit perfect! I was afraid buying a suit online because I'm not slim or without imperfections, no worries with this one. I'm 5"1 and ordered the size 12 in turquoise. I would really like to get it in the red also but sadly that wasn't available in the 12.

Super Duper Awesome
Very skeptical about ordering a bathing suit. It always seems that you have to try it on before buying. I ordered a size 16 which is my true size. It fits perfect. It hides a lot of imperfections. I love the ruffle at the bottom. I thought it might be to much flaring, but it was just right. I am small chested and the built in bra fits me good and gives support and full coverage. I might even get a different color.

Flattering Swim Suit
I was a bit worried when the company spokesperson on the television kept talking about how they do not use a lot of uncomfortable measures to keep things tucked in. I like being held in by a swimsuit--what little fabric there is. I thought I would try this one because I love retro, and, I loved the style. After receiving it, I couldn't be more pleased. I haven't bought any other color but black in swim suits since I was probably 12. I love this one in red! Very feminine, very flattering, and, it holds me in in all of the right places--in a comfortable way. A lovely suit.

Cute
I ordered a 12. I am 5'3" and weigh 160. I think I almost could have worn the 10. So hard to tell with suits sometimes. I don't want it to feel big after I wear for a while or get wet. I ordered the blue. I agree with the others that the dots are a little larger than I would have liked. Smaller would have been cuter. I am on waitlist for the purple. The style is a bit young and flirty, I guess you would say but, I think it is cute on. My husband and son liked it on me I am 57.

Not For Me
Thought this was cute on TV, but decided was not for me when received. The V-neck plunged too low and the ruffle made me feel like I was six. Maybe would work for others, but not for me. Sorry.
