Food is terrible, but Customer Service is worse
I ordered this for a month and found the food to be the worst. Now I know that taste is personal, so I just cut my losses and called to cancel. Well I was told you cant cancel you have to order at least two months. So I did and when my account was charged for the second order, I called to cancel. Well I was told it hasnt shipped yet, so call back. Then I received email with shipping tracking number so I called for the third time. I was told yes it has shipped but our system is not updated until tomorrow so you will have to call again .. Seriously, if there was any place to nominate for the absolute worst customer service award ever, I would say with out a doubt Nutrisystem... This type of company should never be associated with QVC.

i'd give it negative stars if i could
the worse food i have ever had. the cookies are dry the scones are horrible. the the food is just really really bad. i will never try any other nutrisystem food again. rather go to the store and buy the frozen diet foods. unfortunately the only good food is the cereal. i'd give it a negative 5 stars if i could. save your money and dont waste it on this. just horrible.

Change of Menu
I was very happy with this diet until changes were made to include pork products. I do not eat this and had to discard the product.

Modest success with this plan
The quality of the food is generally "not bad". I've only found one item I could hardly eat, and a few are quite tasty. What really helps are the fresh grocery items that you add yourself.
I have used this breakfast and lunch plan on workdays with some success, losing 6 pounds in a couple of months (I need to lose 10 more). Considering I used to buy my lunch out every day, I am not spending more money on food even with the added grocery items. The portability of the food is a plus, since I'm usually not able to breakfast at home in the mornings, and I need the option of lunching at my desk.
This selection has a few higher quality items than the "Mom" plan, which is a little bit cheaper.

Better than I thought
I bought this "Take to Work" for the convenience and to help me to have a little control without having to plan my meals everyday. I like the food and it has really kept me on track. I follow this during the day and at night eat my own meals that I cook or go out.
