Auto-Delivery is a convenient program that allows you to enjoy the benefits of receiving your favorite QVC products, at the original order price, on an automatic shipping schedule that meets your individual needs. It's about having what you love when you want it, at a price that's guaranteed. It's about confidence, convenience, choice. You decide, QVC delivers.

How does Auto-Delivery work?
Place your order by phone or online and choose Auto-Delivery, when offered. You will be billed for and will receive your first shipment promptly after payment is received. Then, subsequent shipments will be billed at your original order price and sent on a regular shipping schedule (for example, approximately every 60 or 90 days). Items may also be shipped on a designated, set schedule for seasonal or specially designed plans, such as holiday candles or themed jewelry, sent four times in a 12-month plan. Delivery and billing will be repeated until you cancel your plan, receive all items offered in a limited series, or if the plan must be discontinued.

Are all the Auto-Delivery plans the same?
No, we have different types of plans for certain products. Items like vitamin supplements and hair care products have Replenishable plans, where every shipment includes the same product and ships on a regular schedule, such as every 90 days.

We also have Series plans, which have a designated end date and may contain a set number of shipments. For example, sending one wreath every season, for a total of four wreaths.

Is there any obligation to continue in the program?
No. You may cancel at any time either online or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444. Once you cancel, you won't receive, or be billed for, any future shipments unless the shipment has already shipped.

How do I make changes to my Auto-Delivery plan or future shipments?
Your Auto-Delivery plan can be customized by going online or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444. Changes will be applied to all future shipments, or to selected shipments, as applicable for the plan.

If you opt to manage your plan online, you'll easily be able to change information like payment or shipping method, address, order quantity, size, color, flavor, etc. You can also delay or accelerate your next shipment, make adjustments to certain shipment release dates, or cancel your plan. Just click on My Account at the top of your screen on QVC.com, and then select Auto-Delivery Plans. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444.

What are my payment options?
You're able to pay by QCard®, credit card of your choice, check, or money order. If you pay by credit card, your card will be billed automatically on the date the item ships. If you pay by check or money order, you'll receive a reminder before each subsequent shipment is mailed. As soon as QVC receives your payment, your next shipment will be sent. How do I return an Auto-Delivery item?
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange (if available) or refund of the purchase price. Follow the return instructions on the pack slip, included with your shipment. Or look at our Returns FAQs Guide.

If you choose to make two consecutive returns in your Auto-Delivery plan, but would still like to remain in the program, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788 to arrange for future deliveries. Otherwise, QVC will automatically cancel your plan.

Can I restart my cancelled Auto-Delivery plan?
If available, you can restart certain Auto-Delivery plans at the original order price. Be sure to contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788 for more information.

Will QVC cancel my Auto-Delivery plan?
QVC strives to deliver your favorite products to you as long as you remain enrolled in your auto-delivery plan. QVC reserves the right to discontinue or cancel your auto-delivery plan for any reason. Some reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to, unavailability of inventory, lack of payment for two consecutive scheduled shipments, customer account closure, etc. If for any reason QVC must discontinue or cancel your plan, you'll be notified by email or USPS mail. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

How do I customize or manage my Auto-Delivery plan?

Online:
You can view, manage, and customize your plan online. Click on My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen, then select Auto-Delivery Plans to see a list of your plans or click here. To access a particular Auto-Delivery plan, click on the View/Edit Plan link.

Once your first item in an Auto-Delivery plan has shipped, you can make changes to future shipments. Some restrictions may apply for certain Auto-Delivery plans and at certain stages in the shipping process.

1. Editing All Future Shipments
To make changes that will apply to all future shipments in your Auto-Delivery plan, use the options in the Plan Details section at the top of the View/Edit Auto-Delivery Plan screen. Types of changes include:

  • Quantity: Increase or decrease the quantity for your plan using the drop-down list.
  • Edit Color/Size: Select a new color or size for your Auto-Delivery plan, if applicable.
  • Edit Ship-To Address: Select from your address book or add a new address for your plan. If you need to make changes to your Billing Address, you can do so by accessing My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen.
  • Edit Payment Information: Add a new credit card, switch cards, update your credit card expiration date, or change your pay method.
  • Frequency: Select a new frequency from the options in the drop-down list. A new shipment schedule will automatically be established for all your future shipments once you confirm a frequency change. Some plans do not allow the frequency between shipments to be modified.
  • Next Shipment: If a calendar is visible, the Next Shipment date may be changed. Available dates appear in black. Gray dates cannot be selected. Use the arrows in the top corner of the calendar to switch months. Click on an available date for your next shipment and the calendar will automatically close. Some plans do not permit date changes.
  • Cancel All Future Shipments: Click on this link if you want to stop this Auto-Delivery plan. To only skip a particular shipment, use the Skip Shipment option located below. Once you have cancelled your plan, you may see the Reinstate Auto-Delivery Plan option, if it is still available. Click on Reinstate Auto-Delivery plan to re-enroll in that plan.

2. Editing Individual Future Shipments
To make changes that will apply to one particular future shipment in your Auto-Delivery plan, use the Edit option located in the Shipment Details section of the screen. Changes that may be made to an individual shipment include:

  • Edit Ship-To Address: Select from your address book or add a new address for an individual shipment. If you need to make changes to your Billing Address, you can do so by accessing My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen.
  • Edit Payment Information: Add a new credit card, switch cards, update your credit card expiration date, or change your pay method for an individual shipment.
  • Quantity: Increase or decrease the quantity for the individual shipment using the drop-down list.
  • Edit Color/Size: Select a new color or size for that individual Auto-Delivery shipment, if applicable.
  • Ship Method: Select a new ship method using the drop-down list.
  • Skip Shipment: Click this link to cancel only a particular shipment, but still remain active in the Auto-Delivery plan.

If you need to make additional changes in the future, you may do so at any time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788.

Preview Your Review I purchased the Nutrisystem D (for diabetics) as I am pre-diabetic. The food didn't seem to taste all that bad to me with the exception of the muffins which unless you give them 10 seconds in the microwave seem to be reminiscent of really tough jerky. The lasagna is actually quite tasty. On the downside for me was the fact that the food kept kicking up my glucose level 10 points on average. Could be I am not tolerant of these food items. My second concern was the amount of gas (sorry about the TMI) it seemed to cause me. I believe it was the high fiber content my body was not used to. I would recommend this if, and only if, you're not struggling with a glucose imbalance. Otherwise I'd have to say beware. 10-17-14

For My Son-He Loves It : ) My son has used Nutra System before and seems to like most of their foods. He wants to loose some weight and so for xmas I ordered this favorites package for him. He loves all the foods it has in it ( no split pea) he hates spit pea soup and is glad there is none in this package plan I know some of the reviews state they don't like the food but you just have to use some seasoning and it helps greatly. 12-18-13
Not so happy~! I had originally written a sort of postitive review when I first started this plan. But now that I am into my 3rd auto devlivery, I have decided to cancel the remaining shipments. First of all, it is quite expensvie when you consider the extras you have to purchase on your own to complete your daily requirements. Some of the food is good, but week after week, month after month of the same things?? It gets old. I can hardly believe that some of these are "favorites." I agree with the person who disliked the red sauce--it was pretty bad. The meat in the chicken alfredo scared me. And when you advertise DINNER--a small portion of mac and cheese is hardly a dinner unless you add your own chicken, veggies, whatever. AND WHO EATS a bag of pretzels or popcorn for dessert???? PLEASE~!~! We might have continued with the system if we had been able to choose our own foods or at least had different foods with each shipment. Did Maria Osmond lose weight eating rice and beans every week??? 03-28-13
The good and the bad So unfortunately there is good and bad to this product. Good--it does work! For two weeks I stuck to the plan. The first week I lost 7.5 lbs and the second week I lost 4 lbs. A success for me. Bad--The food is terrible. I'm not too picky of an eater myself (which is probably why I'm a little overweight), but after the second week, I could literally no longer force myself to eat the meals. I've read people complaining about the bars, and they are actually good. I think I could have stuck with it if there were more of those. It is the "real" food that is the problem. Ex. the cheese tortellini in a tomato sauce. I don't know how they could screw that up, but it was horrid. The pasta itself was grainy and had a horrible flavor as well as the tomato sauce. I'm not sure if it is the preservatives they use that give this horrible flavor or what, but I figured they would at least be able to master a basic tomato sauce. In short, this is a mixed review. I did lose weight, the actual plan makes a lot of sense, but the food is what makes you go off or cheat from the plan. Good luck everyone! 03-09-13
13 lbs in 4 weeks!! Whooohooo!! I just finished my fourth week on this program. Lost 9lbs in the first 2 weeks, then 4 more in the last 2. Most of the food is pretty good, there were only a few things that I really didnt like. If you follow the program, you will be AMAZED at how much food you eat in a day, i was never hungry, actually struggling some days to eat it all. I would recommend it to anyone. 03-02-13
Lousy Taste I bought this with the hope that all of the hype on the presentation about the good taste was true. NOT!! The food was vile!! I can't figure out who likes any of it. Even the snacks were bad. QVC is great with their 30 day money back guarantee and that is a definite factor in buying things from QVC. I wanted to like this, but don't and will not recommend Nutri-System to anyone with regard to taste. I want to give it zero stars but can't. 02-26-13
Dissapointment! I am beginning the 3rd week of the plan, but have cancelled my auto-delivery. The food is not that bad, but the plan is way over advertised. In fact so much so that I mute the commercials on TV, especially the Marie Osmond one. After seeing at least 75 times, I really get sick of it. (could almost repeat it word for word) I'm sure nutri-system could make a new commercial. I have lost a few pounds, but could have just as easily lost as much or even more by making up my own meals without near the cost or effort. I have done it before. I expected better from nutrisystem. By the time I made my first trip to the grocery store to purchase everything I needed to go with the plan, I had spent close to as much as the cost of the nutrisystem foods. Not a good value in my book at all. I will say that I probably enjoyed the bars more than anything else and yes some of the other items were pretty good, just not what I expected for the cost and results. 02-26-13
Exactly who " favorited" these choices.. I thought this would be a new selection of nutrisystem meals; it seems to be the same selection QVC offered a year ago. The food is not tasty, I do not know what I was expecting, but so many chemicals and ingredients I can not pronounce. I can just buy my own, the less ingredients the healthier! 02-20-13
Not Worth the Money I purchased last week of January and was so excited about my plan to begin Nutrisystem in February. I'm one of those people who is not at all picky about foods which is, I'm sure, the reason I'm overweight. However, I found the food was tasteless and very difficult to eat. I was determined to give it a chance and stayed on it for 2 weeks and lost 7 pounds, but that was because as hard as I tried, I could not eat the food and as a result, with most meals only ate the veggies or fruit to augment the food. The bars were actually good, but the muffins were rubbery, the soups and meals were tasteless despite doctoring them up. What was most disappointing was that a large majority of the foods were spicey and to those of us who don't care for foods with a 'kick" to them, it's very discouraging. I'd like to think maybe Nutrisystem may be more tolerable if they would allow purchasers to SELECT the choices for lunch and dinner since there are many people out there who do not like spicey foods, which is what most of the meals consist of. I would, however, like to point out and compliment QVC on their 30-Day Money Back Guaranee pledge and the ease in which they accepted it back after I unfortunately had to return it. I appreciate the opportunity to try Nutrisystem and truely disappointed in the product.....especially for the price. 02-20-13
Not tasty, does not work I was really looking forward to this plan. No measuring, just eat the food. There lies the problem, the food is not edible. The bars are O.K. The portions are small which is why you are supposed to lose weight, but they are dense in calories and not much else. For breakfast you either get tasteless bran flakes or muffins that are over 200 calories and the size of a dime. Waste. They do not tell you that you must supplement with protein throughout the day as well as smart carbs, so it really is not as cost effective as you might think. Lunch and dinner are pretty much the same, small tiny soups, dry noodles you add water to, or TV dinners. The worst part is they taste like preservatives, because they are full of preservatives. They do not need refrigeration (which I thought was weird to begin with) and when you taste it you realize why. This cannot be healthy. To add insult to injury, I have lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks. I can do better on my own with or without almost any other program. Really too bad, I thought this was going to be my breakthrough. 02-20-13
Love the food... I like the food...if you want to loose weight your food choices and portion size has to change. I think the food taste great....If you are expecting a fast food taste then stick to fast food and don't expect to loose weight....the portion sizes are good as well...hard to get used to but what you would need to loose weight...I would however like to choose what foods to get,but then again I am sure the price would be more to do that.....love love the breakfast muffins, and bars....very filling and are really good...if you are expecting something that taste like a doughnut and all the fat then you won't like them.....very easy plan to follow.....if you really want to loose weight and are ready to sacrifice all the fat and large,portion sizes than this is for you.....you can't keep,eating fatty foods and large portions and expect to loose weight..... 02-19-13
