Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality I ordered this 20 years ago and the food was really good. Most of the food now is not tasty. It is hard to eat the food because it is not good. The awful tast gets old very quickly. The only food that is good is the breakfast, it is edible. I was disappointed in the quality of the food.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Start to Healthier Eating I purchased this and even though eating prepared food for every meal wasn't easy for me, by using the tools included with the food, I learned a lot about eating. The food is decent but I like eating fresh food so it was quite a change for me. By starting with this for a month and then cutting back my portion sizes on my own, I have been able to lose 14 pounds in 2 months and am continuing to lose. It really is all about portion size and being aware of how much you are eating on a daily basis and this plan helps you take control of that. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to start living a healthier lifestyle but not knowing where to start.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 80% Awful I would say 80% of the food is awful. I wouldn't feed this to my worst enemy. You hardly get anything to eat and what you do get is awful tasting. Some of the food I could not even eat. You would think that they could come up with a better way to prepare and package the food.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nutrisystem Diet The first 2 weeks of this program were ok, but within a few weeks, I gagged on the food and can't eat another lettuce salad with broccoli and other veggies. I thought I had lost weight, but according to my doctor's scale, I lost nothing. I was sooooo hungry on this diet. This is definitely not for me. So sad.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a good plan for me I tried this plan for two months and only lost 4 pounds. The food tasted ok except the entrees consisted of a lot of tomato based or tomato added items and if I eat too many tomato products, my allergies will flair up. Really wanted this to work for me, unfortunately it did not. Back to Weight Watchers for me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from If you have IBS this food may not agree with you. I have IBS and so much of this food sent my symptoms over the top. I tried giving away what I bought after a few days of trying to eat it, but couldn't find anyone who wanted it, so I ended up tossing a lot of it out. I had a few things that I was able to eat and did use those, but felt this it was a waste of my money. I realize this may not be an issue for many people, but it was a huge issue for me, and I am sure there are many others that have this problem as well. Also, personally, I did not care for the selection of food sent and did not like a lot of it; but, again, that was on a personal level, so others may find it perfectly acceptable.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The dried soup/Mac&ch, etc products are gross The packaged heat & eat products are ok, the breakfast & lunch bars and shakes are great, but the products that need to be reconstituted are pretty yucky, at least for my palette. It IS a great way to force portion control, which seems to be the main objective, and these products also focus on low carb low sugar. And not having to cook for myself was also a nice part of the plan. So there is a lot of good to it, but I just wish the food tasted better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some taste good, some taste bad I decided to try this since Marie and others on QVC raved about the flavor of the food. I did okay with all of the food in the fast 5 box - chocolate shakes and bars are in this portion are really pretty. I chose the vegetarian option, and did like most of the breakfast food and some of the breakfasts & dinners. But some of the other selections like the pizzas were awful. I would have preferred to get more pasta fagioli or vegetarian chili than the pizzas. Also didn't like some of the noodles that you add water to and then heat in microwave - water didn't stay in container like it should. A couple of food items in the box were damaged and I could not use since tops were torn open because container was crushed. Because I didn't like the taste of some of the meals after taking a couple of bites - I opened snacks and desserts and ate instead. Overall, there is too much processed food in this for me. I like sweets, but there were too many sweet things in the box, and I have tried to move away from fake sweeteners and you cannot do that with this diet.
