Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not sure how I feel bummed I didn't want to say I would not recommend because it does help you to realize and teach you to eat smaller portions then multiple helpings. That is the plus side, but there is my big BUT where I am not happy at all and although I have not called to return it with no risk. I will give it another week. This will be the start of my second week. WHY so much sodium? I mean you have to figure out a way to make this without loading people with salt. I have followed the first week perfect. I think the food tastes decent enough, easy on the go which is good for me. Not starving and going to eat everything I see, so eating every 3 to 4 hours taking in water and doing exercise and only lost maybe a half a pound in 8 days???? I feel very bloated from all that salt. 600mg in a palm sized portion 3 times per day is insane. I am pretty bummed and don't want to get on the scale at all nothing worse then watching the entire presentation getting siked making your mind up to finally do something and not loose weight and just retain water even with drinking water.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better Than Expected I had tried NutriSystem many years ago and did NOT like the food, so didn’t stay on it. BUT I ordered the Today’s Special and am enjoying the food this time! SO glad I decided to do this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Give it a chance! Bought this when it was TSV--yesterdays was the end of my first week----lost 4 lbs!! I made a decision to try this for at least the month, nothing to lose except weight....because I could get my money back. The first week was fairly easy, some difficulty a couple of times, because I was eating so much less, but that's what it takes to lose weight, right? But, I was never really hungry, felt good and actually slept better! Couple of nights I kind of struggled, wanting my regular unhealthy snacks, but grabbed some veggies & worked through it.....I want to lose 25lbs & my bad habits weren't working for me! The food is really pretty good, some better than others....certainly not 5 star restaurant...who would expect that? But good & very satisfying, loved the shakes--,the hardest part of the program is getting all the water down, but I'm doing better with that. I'm excited for the next 3 wks! This really is a good program. I didn't recommend this as a gift, because you have to make the decision to do this yourself.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Taste leaves a lot to be desired I think the food taste terrible. I force myself to eat it because of the cost. There has to be a better way☹️

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fast Five My husband had success with the starter kit (Fast Five) . He lost 8 pounds. Excited for him. His comment, the portions are too small for the man.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Knew What I Was Getting Into I purchased the Fast Five 4 Week Plan. I had already purchased the 5 day turbo kit at Walmart so I knew what I was getting into. Is they food yummy like the advertisements say? No, but everything I've had so far has been eatable. Some has even been good. I have lost 10 lbs so far. I started with the sample kit on December 27th. I think most any diet can work for you if you have the right mindset and believe it is going to work for you. I am happy with my purchase and will stick with this diet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Some foods not tasty and be careful of shakes I bought this for a one month trial. I am sending most of the food back.. I have been on many diets including some with pre-packaged foods. I bought this program to get the last 10 lbs off. At one time I weighed 242 and this am 154. I have never had a problem with different types of food.. The probiotic shakes were ok on the taste but be prepared to be flatulent all day, have stomach cramps and be running back and forth to the commode. Some of the food had awful seasonings and one of the chilis was so hot that even my son could not eat it. Sorry this is not for me. I will go back to my own low-carb recipes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Good! The "fast 5" start is basically a starvation diet. After the first day I was literally shaking! The Nutricrunch bars do help with the hunger, but after they were gone I was hungry all the time!! The shakes keep me in the "bathroom" if you get my drift. The next day the "bloat" is right back. The rest of the food is not good!! Powdered foods in very small portions are not healthy. The same white cream "sauce" seems to be on everything. The pizza is basically "cardboard".. Instead of using their "sauce" I put fresh tomato on it, but it still had the texture and taste of cardboard. Also breakfast and lunch bars do not make a balanced diet. This is not a diet I can live with.
