Nutrisystem Fast Five+ Marie's Summer Shake-Up Auto-Delivery is rated 2.5 out of 5 by 94.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Success I am surprised at the 2 1/2 rating. It seems like some expect the food to be beyond outstanding and seem to forget that diets aren’t usually fun but if you are determined it will work. The food was very commercial like and that was not surprising to me. Not to die for, but kept the hunger away. Must admit that the double fudge muffins were so good! This diet worked great for me. I stuck with it and lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks which surpassed my goal. Feels great!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Full of preservatives and not appealing Not healthy food at all...the dinners are full of preservatives and are so awful tasting. I ate the "breakfast" items, the snacks, and some of the lunches and followed the "diet" for 21 days until I left on vacation. Did lose about 6 pounds but never felt like I was treating my body correctly AND I was bloated all the time. Would not recommend this--better to follow a basic Weight Watchers plan with lots of vegetables, fruits, low fat proteins, and minimal carbs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Food is just not very good I ordered the vegetarian and quite a few of the main meals had meat in them. The breakfasts and most lunches were OK, but the main meals were pretty awful. The snacks were not good either. I would not recommend this and I have canceled my auto delivery.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please Save Your Money Although some of it does taste good some of it is hard to choke down, I liked the meal "bars" & muffins but most of the meals you will get with this specific program/purchase are beans or pasta, which seems to go on portion control but you can make your meals like this and do portion control on your own. I would not buy again and am now paying two more payments for a lot of things I refuse to eat except in an absolute disaster emergency and/or threw away. I have lost more weight by doing things on my own than with Nutri System... Turbo Shake is good but you can buy that separately along with bars and muffins by themselves...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Food To Puke Over This food was bad. The only thing I liked were the bars. Over a month and a half I lost 12 lbs. I would not purchase again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Was worth the first shipment I've been following the Nutrisystem diet for almost 2 months. When I started, I went in with the want to learn new habits; proper habits. What foods to choose in what quantities. My intent was to only use a month or two to learn the secrets. So I started with the Fast 5. That week was rough. I actually got a vicious headache the first 2 days. But I trudged through it. The food wasn't bad (the white bean chicken chili was delicious but spicy! Lol). I had a doctor's appt 3 days in, and I had lost 4 pounds at that point. I weighed myself again a week after starting and I was down 5 more pounds for a total of 9 in that first week. Talk about motivation! Then I started the other food. And realized more often than not, I was substituting "real food". I must agree with the reviews that say the burger was horrendous... it was kinda horrible. The pasta was so plentiful, I was actually getting sick of pasta. I wasn't a big fan of the taste of some of the foods, but I stuck with it for the month. In total, I lost 20 pounds the first month. So I got another month, with the intent to ride it out. The best part was the vanilla shakes. The shake smelled like birthday cake batter and tasted good :) The food wasn't all that, though. But I was able to, with the information they gave, to make smart, nutritious decisions for alternatives. I ended up returning the second shipment. But I will forever be grateful for the first month and the knowledge I got. It may seem like common sense to some, but I honestly had no clue what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat. My journey is still going, and for now, I'm off the Nutrisystem food, but if I need the help, I know it's available.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Left me dissappointed, what I didn't hear them say Not really a Nutrisystem "plan" as presented, It's what not said that makes the difference. Found no way to adapt female to male to accommodate my working husband, ordered 2 expecting there would be a way going forward . No way to adjust for someone who doesn't do spicy(me)...sorry you can't take it out once it's there. Seems that both Nutrisystem and QVC are familiar with the need for returns and cancellation by the responses to personal inquiries, though not really made public in the reviews to warn ahead of these pitfalls. Didn't find out about the shortcomings until the first shipment was on it's way and checking into the Nutrisystem site for possibilities, or lack there of. Did our best to accommodate and integrate into our daily fare. Cancelled any future shipments easily. Did we lose some weight that first week, of course, thanks to the portion control, bars and shakes. Thanks for the kick start, but the rest is up to me to continue our weight loss journey.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unbelievably horrible I was so excited to try this. I went out and bought many of the items listed to add to the program, and even got a food scale to make sure I ate just what was written. After 3 1/2 weeks of choking down their gross food, all I lost was 3 lbs. The only good tasting food was what I added from the lists; 2oz broiled chicken breast, tomatoes, cottage cheese, fresh vegetables, etc. I honestly can't imagine what people ate that wrote they loved the NS food. Mine was horrible and way too much chocolate. Besides tasting nasty, the food looked absolutely nothing like the package pictures. And I also walked and exercised. One last comment...they fail to mention that beautiful Marie has unlimited access to a gym and a husband as a trainer.
