not too bad...
I guess it is the psychological discipline i need when I diet that makes this a great option for me. Like the other reviews, i wasn't thrilled with a few items, but mostly, the food is pretty good. I don't feel hungry, and having the flexibility to still have dinner with family or business associates makes this a great fit for me. 5 pounds in a week....

cant beat it ...its great must try for your self
today its 2 weeks and ive lost 10 lbs so far ...food is easy not the best tasting but what i expected from it.. in order to loose weight you have to put 100 into it if you really want it..overall its been great i just ordered some more for the upcoming month cant wait my goal is 30 lbs more ....

It doesn't get any eaiser than this
This is the easiest diet I have ever used. I put all the breakfast items in one drawer, all the lunch items in one, and the desserts in another . Each day, I just go to the drawer, and get what I need. Do I like each and every item? No. I do like most of the items and so far I have lost 4 puonds (in 2 weeks). I walk my dog about 2 miles a day, that is about all the exercise I get right now.
I think this plan was worth it for me. I feel better.
I would order this again.

Too expensive
I personally think it would be just as good to eat something like Special K for breakfast and lunch (or soup) with fruits or veggies for a snack or maybe a V8 and Crystal light as a drink then a healthy supper rather than spend $200 on Nutrisystem. Either way you go you have to have will power and exercise. This is just too expensive for small bags of cereal, breafast bars, and soups. You will be shopping for lots of additional foods for this plan.

Better than I expected
I wanted to try Nutrisystem for over a year now, but the cost just didn't fit in my budget....so I made it fit. I'm a busy working mother of two boys and find that counting and measuring takes way too much of my time. After reading the some of the comments about the taste of the food I was worried, but it's not that bad. The food isn't going to taste like all the food that got you to this place, but give it try....you might be surprised also :)

It is okay
I tried the food to jumpstart my weight loss efforts. However, it led me to be very hundry. Some of the food is good like the chocolate , fudge grahm bars, muffins and scones. Everything else has a funky taste to it. Wish it was better because I would have kept with it if it was.

Pretty good 'diet' food!
I gave this 4 stars because let's face it, no diet food is gonna be as good as a greasy double cheeseburger! Some of the items (example: blueberry muffin) have an after taste similar to Diet Coke. It's not horrible, but if you hate that taste I guess it could be a turn-off. I don't know if everyone gets the exact same food but mine is a very nice variety and everything in the package are things that I would eat normally anyways. Every item is high in protein and you really do get a feeling of being full. I've only been on this for a few days, so I can't vouch for losing any weight yet but I'm definitely not eating as much as I normally do! I'd also like to add that it's nice not having to think of making a 'special' meal for myself during the day. All in all I'd have to say I'm enjoying this food & will be ordering this again! Thanks QVC & Nutrisystem!

Chemical Buffet
I'm not a picky eater, but there was hardly anything I liked in the Nutrisystem package. Not only did it not taste good, you'd have to be a scientist to decipher the ingredient label. Well, I guess that's what you get for having a "shelf stable" product. I don't feel good when I eat this way.

Needs improvement!!!
I wanted to kick-start my baby-weight-loss efforts, and the convenience was a big draw for me since I work full time. Yes, it is convenient, but I was really surprised at just how bad most of the food tasted. I am normally very tolerant of "diet" foods' taste and I thought I wouldn't mind this at all, but it was bad enough that I felt it was my responsibility to write a review!
The breakfasts are mostly unpalatable, except a few of the dry cereals. I threw most away and made my own lo-cal breakfast. Several of the lunches were good, and a few of the snacks/desserts were okay. A common theme, though, was the overwhelming use of artificial sweeteners, even in foods that didn't need to be so sweet. I am very sensitive to them and several of the items I simply threw away.
The food is highly preserved in order to be shelf-stable, and it is reflected in the taste. I never felt like I was eating something "healthful," but rather just the opposite! The only good thing about this program is that it forced me to eat tons of veggies in order to complete a meal, since you have to add so many of your own groceries (even proteins)!
This program is fine if you literally don't care about taste, but I don't recommend it. (Sorry, Nutrisystem... I tried!)

Like it, but.....
I have been on the program for 2 weeks, and have liked most of the food so far. The program is also working (I lost 7 pounds). I really like the idea that I can still eat a regular dinner with my family. The only problem I have is that it doesn't come with all the materials included with the Nutrisystem PLan (meal plan, journal, dining out guide, mind set guide). You can go on Nutrisystem's website, but cannot access everything. I emailed Nutrisystem to see if I can purchase the added products, but you can only get them if you order from them. It did not come with a complete meal guide, and although it did come with a general meal plan with what you should add, it is still not completely clear how to follow the plan. It also gives an example of what exchanges you can eat with dinner, but does not give you a plan you should follow with dinner. I am having a lot of trouble with that. Otherwise, food is good and the plan does work. Will be purchasing again, just wanted to point out that the support is not really there. I thought all that stuff was included.

I ordered the "on the go" package because I thought it would be convenient. I have eaten several things and they are all terrible. I was formerly on Jenny Craig and the food was really good (but more expensive). This will be going back.

Love This Kit!!! Auto-delivery?????
This is the perfect kit for me! I love the fact that I can eat dinners with my family. There is not the hassle of making different food for myself. There is no planning ahead to figure out or plan my meals for most of the day, it is just grab and go! Which is so convenient! That is one less thing that I will have to worry about! I would love to see this kit offered on auto-delivery, I would defintely sign up for it!!! Hint....Hint....
