Rated 1 out of 5 by from GARBAGE DOESN'T HOLD UP I have owned this Ninja for a couple of years and it is garbage. The container that I used the most the smaller bowl one, the blade cracked off the bottom of the bowl, to expensive to replace for the use and time I had it. (I only used it for moist batters maybe once or twice a week if that often). The glass cup shaped ones leak when putting upside down to whip up a milk shake. and the big square one never used it before now. I hesitate putting it in my Bosh dishwasher (no heating dry elements to melt plastic in a Bosh) because of the other peaces that didn't hold up. Washing by hand is difficult because of all the nooks it has. Save your money and buy a reg. blender that make smoothies if that's the reason you want a Ninja.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible quality Used for five months and pitcher cracked. Ninja wanted me to pay $20 bucks shipping for new one. I was making guacamole. Nothing crazy. I think I'll go back to Vitamix.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One word: AMAZING!!!!! After wanting one of these, for what seemed like forever, I finally broke down and ordered it! It came in within 2 days of being shipped, and I could not wait to get home and try it out. The first thing I made was a frozen coffee (with coffee brewed in my Ninja Coffee Bar). Best frozen coffee ever!!!! After that, I made a batch of homemade salsa! Total time, with cutting my peppers, quartering my onions and adding ingredients, took less than 10 minutes. I was amazed at how quickly the salsa was blended, and ready to be put into containers. This was truly the best $200 that I've ever spent, especially with the 6 easy payments. Thanks QVC for making it possible to own some things that I may never have been able to get, otherwise. We have friends coming in, this weekend, and I'm planning to show off my Ninja by making some frozen adult beverages as well as some homemade pizzas. I'm anxious to try the dough hook!! I love to cook and the Ninja Mega Kitchen System will definitely make my life, in the kitchen, easier!!!!! Couldn't be happier!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerhouse Yaasss! So I got this a couple days ago so I can't speak for longevity, but this thing is a beast as far as power goes. I was upgrading from a little$15 Hamilton beach personal blender that has served its purpose. Man was missing out!! I make my on ice coffees daily. I'm addicted, but hey I do make them sugarfree. Any way, I only thought my HB was doing a good job. This thing pulverized my ice and coffee mixture in about 3 seconds and I'm talking big cubes from an ice tray. I researched and researched and researched some more before deciding on this because I have never spent so much on a blender and I wanted something that could make smooth and creamy iced coffee like the coffee shops. I also wanted something that could replace my food processor as I have a small kitchen so it's important to me to find multipurpose items. I read reviews on different site, looked at other options, watched YouTube video demos and finally took the plunge. And I am so glad I did. This machine seems sturdy and well made and just feels like it's built to last and I sure hope it does because I seriously love this thing. It does not leave any chunks behind. ...nothing but smooth creaminess. I bought the platinum and it matches perfectly with my black and stainless appliances. If you are on the fence about purchasing , I say go for it. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed in this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from worth every penny I use it for everything from chopping onions to making smoothies, I even made banana bread with it! Still have to use a spatula sometimes to make sure it mixes evenly, but I love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from In Love I needed a new blender and this is so much more. I use this Ninja about 2-3 times daily. I love it! It's worth the money and I love the cups it comes with.
