Hello, I do like this product (when it is working)! I am concerned with the quality of the unit. I am returning the NuFace Mini for the second time. Same issue as the first one I had and exchanged. Now this is the second unit not taking a charge. It works fine and then when its time to charge it will not!!! I am going to exchange the second unit and hopefully this one will work on toning as well as Charging........
I would hope QVC will require Nuface to read the reviews your consumers take the time to write and Correct the Issues.

I have been using this for at least 16 months. A couple of months after l started, people began asking what l had done to my face and commenting l looked refreshed. I use it more than directed. In fact, l use it about three times a week, 30 minutes each time. That makes the difference, l think.

This is the worst purchase I have ever made from QVC - I can't believe they offer this piece of junk. Purchased in May 2015 and tried it for about 90 days. Did not see much improvement, so put it away. Last week I decided to try it again and low and behold, just like all the other reviewers, it would no longer turn on. Recharged according to directions and although all lights were on, as soon as I unplugged it from the charger, it was dead. And, of course, being outside the warranty period (even though it was only used for 90 days, NuFace wants $99 to repair it. This company clearly does not stand behind it's products, so QVC should take a serious look at representing these folks. Wish I could give it no stars.

You do have to use this weekly to keep your results, but its worth it for me,
My face is firmer and the wrinkles around my eyes are gone!

and hoped this would work, but it was not to be. I faithfully used this for almost a full 90 days (had to send it back before the 90 days.) I told a few people only who were honest enough to say they saw no difference. No one, and I mean no one, said anything about my face/complexion. I guess there is no help for my 67 year old face. Maybe it will work for you, but it sure didn't for me. Very disappointed.

I have had this device slightly more than 90 days and tonight it no longer turns on. DO not buy it. I'm calling the Q tomorrow to see if I can still return it. I think it might work but is should "work" for almost $200.

I've had the mini for almost a year and I love it! I was paying for visits to an esthetician ($150 per visit) for the same type of treatment. I did really love the results of those visits but just couldn't justify doing that every week. The NuFace allows me to give myself the same treatment at a fraction of the cost. I've not experienced any of the functional problems others have written about. As far as the results though, its like anything else - you must use it consistently to get results. I'm 65 and I don't have deep wrinkles. I don't believe the NuFace will work on deep wrinkles. I do have a thin narrow face with the sagging at the chinline that drives me crazy. I use the NuFace 3 or 4 times per week but I have also gone for a couple of months without using it. Whenever I start using it again, I see an immediate improvement. Great lift and tightening in my cheeks and jowl area. I get compliments regularly and I just say, Thank You!

I purchased this item in April 2015 and used consistently for a few months. Saw minimal results but I wanted to stick with it. I recharged the device as I normally did and the blue lights indicated that it was fully charged. As I unplugged it from the charger and tried to turn it on, there was no charge. I tried charging it again for 2 days! No charge. I read that there was a 'reset' button somewhere on the device but could not locate it. Out of frustration, I put the device away with the intention of returning it or finding how to reset it.
Fast forward to this week and I decided to try it again. Plugged it in for 2 days and all blue lights were on. Unplugged it and NO CHARGE! I wrote to NuFace and was advised that there is no reset button on the NuFace Mini and I could ship the item to them at my cost, pay $99 and they will return a working device. I realize that the 1 year warranty has expired but Im not interested in paying over half the original cost plus shipping. So, the device will sadly go in the trash. If you have $ to waste and you like to take risks, then go for it! Many people have had similar issues so there is a bigger issue QVC needs to address. Very disappointing!
