I was excited about buying NuFACE until I read the reviews. Too bad there are so many negatives. I am surprised the manufacturer hasn't corrected the problem.

When I use this consistently, I get great results! Because of that, I buy fewer creams and serums. I cleanse, exfoliate, moisturize, and apply sunscreen. NuFACE does the rest.
Keep your receipt in case you need to return it later to the company if you encounter charging issues. I experienced a charging problem. I returned it to the company and they sent me a new one. I hope they fix it but I'm still going to use it.

I love the Nu Face system however it is not a quick fix. It takes time & consistency to see a difference. I have not had issues with it like others have however I believe QVC is top notch in customer service. If they can make it right they will & I truly mean that QVC! I see improvement when I use it on a regular basis!

I give this 1 star because it did function for a time... but I returned the first one after several weeks, as no matter how fully charged the device was it no longer produced any current whatsoever. QVC graciously accepted the return, but in hopes that I just received a "bad" one by chance, I got a replacement. It also worked for a time. Results are noticeable, but I found them to be only temporary - like only a few hours. So I quit using it regularly. It sat unused for a few months. Then I charged it fully (overnight) and began the routine.... absolutely no current. No better than running a spoon across your face. So I cannot recommend this purchase at all.

I had to send mine back because I had to keep it plugged in to charge, but it never registered as taking the charge to completion. It never worked.

I bought this a while back and used it a couple weeks. Then got busy and forgot for a while. I decided I needed to start using this again and charged it as directed but am having the same problem as many others where it won't charge. This is an obvious problem with the product since so many people are having this problem. The company should address this problem and provide repairs for a reasonable fee, not 99.00. Ridiculous!!!!!

NuFace should look into this problem that they are well aware of. I wish I had read the reviews on this charging problem. After two years my unit died while charging. Contacted NuFace and tried their suggestions with the twisted paper clip. Did not work. NuFace suggested I send them my broken unit (i pay the postage) and for a c-note, they would refurbish it. This was after my recent purchase of the Elle, very pricey, accessory. I'm going to put a band aid on a broken product that I already have invested over half a grand in. You have got to be kidding!!! Consumers beware.
