Not Northern Nights Quality
I slept on my pillow last night and it was a very restless night. These pillows are Heavy, Hard, and make Crunchy noises when you move your head. Did not come across like the television presentation. Very dissapointed with Northern Nights pillows! I should have read the reviews. Obviously I'm not the only one returning.
Now with all my busy Christmas shopping, I'm going to have to make a trip to UPS to return and pay for gas and shipping on a product that is definitely not acceptable to Northern Nights quality and reputation.

WORST pillows ever!!
These pillows are NOT to Northern Night Standards!!! Will be returning. Both myself & husband had sore neck & sleepless nights. To HARD...

Didn't work for me
They are enroute back to where they came from. Woke up with pain in my upper back after just one night, so not the pillow for me!

LOVE!
We've been sleeping on these pillows for 4 nights and we love them! Great support and just the right balance of softness and firmness. I too thought they looked very thin on removing them from the box-but I followed the included instructions to re-fluff them and they came out great! Before this we were using some cheap, awful pillows. After using these, no more stiff necks or shoulders, and it's much easier to get comfortable and get to sleep. Highly recommend, would buy more!

Dissapointed- Very Thin
Was so excited to get these pillows. Took them out of the box and was surprised at how thin they are. But thought I would give them a try. Placed them on the bed and tried them. Basically give you no support. Head sinks all the way down. Very disappointed. Debating sending them back. Hate to pay the gas and shipping but may have to.
