WOW TY Nick!
I have been using Nick Chavez haircare products since late 97 and this product does what it's claimed to do. I say Wow because at 51 1/2 yrs of age, my nearly 3ft of hilighted,layered, hair was thinning & breaking in the past yr...I have always had a lions mane for head of hair n this product as well one of his newest hair strengtheners leave in w/ prickly pear(which i stayed on waitlist for a month 2 try) blew my mind! My hi-lighted blonde hair has sooo much shine like glass, and color has maintained a lot longer! Also, restored my hair to looking oh so thick & luxurious like the lions mane which it was in previous years! Thank you oh so very much Nick! Works but not for me
This product made my top of my hair very shiny but I have well water and so my ends and sides were still a little dry and dull. If I had city water, I am sure this product would have worked wonders on my hair. I use some of Nick's product for my hair and they work. But unfortunately, thie water was a factor for WOW result.
I still recommend it though.

Glossing treatment
I have babyfine ,highlighted hair and I was skeptical that it might make it greasy but I love the shine and no greasy feel. I highly recommend it.

Impressed
I really didn't think it would work but it did although I use it with my conditioner it has saved my color which is Red I would say try it just follow like Nick Chavez said don't need to use alot

Shining Star
It has only been a week since I received the Color-Saving Treatment, so it is really too soon to tell if it has done what it is suppose to do but....since I have been using Nick's hair products I have not been disappointed in anything I have tried. I am sure that this product along with all the other products I recently ordered from Nick, will hold up to Nick's claims and prolong my haircolor and protect my blonde streaks with loving care. I was disappointment that the Advanced Thickening Mist was only available on Wait List and hope that it does come back as I have placed an advanced order for it. I always bring Nick's products with me when I have my hair done at the Salon and it has caused major interest due to the amazing volume, thickness and shine it creates in transforming my thin lifeless hair. Thanks again Nick.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was a little hesitant to use the glossing treatment as I just paid quite a bit to have my hair colored and summer highlights put in .(not my first time though) and I was afraid that it might not turn out well. BOY, was I pleasantly surprised! I followed the directions of washing my hair first and then applying the glossing treatment. I had bought a package of processing caps at the beauty supply store(for 99 cents) so I covered my hair with a cap and used a blow dryer on it for 15 min. Then rewashed and conditioned, rinsing with cool water. I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW AWSOME MY HAIR LOOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shiny, healthy and full. My color has never looked so good! Thank you Nick for helping me to achieve beautiful hair at home. ( A glossing treatment at the salon is $50.00 and takes about 40 extra minutes to process.)

almost ruined my hair - returning immediately
This dried my hair out so badly that it was not even funny. It took three applications of conditioner and restorative cream to bring my hair back to even close where it was before I used this.

GREAT Glossing Treatment!
I've had a gloss treatment at my salon and wasn't particularly impressed with it, but I kept hearing that gloss treatments were supposed to be great, so when I saw this I decided to try it. I was a little surprised when I read the directions and saw that it needs to sit for 15 minutes under a hair dryer since that wasn't talked about in the presentation, but that was very similar to how the treatment was done in the salon it sounded right. I found a soft bonnet attachment for my hair dryer ($10 from Sally Beauty Supply), so I was able to watch TV while the dryer was working. My hair has never looked so thick, healthy and shiny! I have baby-fine hair and I really think that this makes it look thicker and healthier. I highly recommend!

Besides the protected shine, it seems to enhance the texture. To others who don't recall the steps involved, there are directions on the back of the bottle.

Old product - New packaging/name
This reminds me so much of the cello gloss that NC used to have. On the bottle, it mentioned something about cello gloss. It's way too time consuming for me plus my hair is shiny, healthy and looks like glass before using this.

Excellent Glosser
I mixed this with one of my deep conditioners and had GREAT results, super shiny hair. I agree that it wasn't super clear that this needed to be left on for some time, but my hair (natural, African-American, very coarse) has to be deep conditioned weekly anyway, so it's no big deal to me. I wash it out with one of my Wen's though, not with shampoo. I use 2-3 pumps at a time, so this will last a long time.

Used Both Ways
I've used Nick's color-saving glossing treatment both ways as he described in his presentations - with conditioner twice a week and as a 15 minute after- color treatment. I am so pleased with the results. However, when I used the product as an after-color treatment with a plastic cap for 15 minutes, I did not use cold water to rinse. I used cool water. My color is so shiny and shows all of the highlights.
