When it arrived, I began the process of downloading the app. In trying to set up my account I kept getting messages saying my email address already existed. I became frustrated very quickly. There was no on line chat to talk to a representative nor was there a phone number to call for help. I boxed everything up and sent it back. The company wanted you to resolve your problems via a chat with other buyers. I noticed a lot of complaints about not being able to open accounts. Email address issues.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from VERY disappointed! I thought this was going to be an answer to my prayers. Set up was easy but that was it! One camera did not work and there was no sound. Very disappointed b/c I thought Netgear was a great brand. Sent it back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from sorry I have to return this One camera worked and the other camera never worked, or recorded motion. After 2 weeks both cameras continued to go off line and stopped recording motion. I have high speed fiber network along with a Wi-Fi extender so this would not have been an issue. I always thought Netgear had a good reputation, but this was very frustrating because it really never worked from the beginning. Sorry I have to return this as I need a security system that I can rely on. Also, the two way talk did not work properly and the siren was only on the internal modem in the house. They failed to say that the siren was not an external function on the cameras.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't believe the hype! I ordered this on the TSV an was pretty excited to get it but disappointed when I set it up. I have to say set up was easy..no issue there but that is where the good ends... The quality of the video is very poor and hope you never to need to zoom because it is worse. The lag is not good at all..there is a major delay when it starts recording. The two way talk is a joke. the mic on the camera is so low that you can barely he what comes out of it. The siren is a bigger joke.. It comes from the base and not the camera, not sure how that is supposed to help deter an intruder when the siren is actually in the house. My absolute main gripe is the software for this camera.. IT SUCKS. You can't adjust zones at all for the motion alert. You can't edit getting text or emails for alerts unless you go through your phones notifications but nothing directly on their end. It is just very limited and basic. And the final straw was this thing stop recording yesterday for no reason. My battery is still at 76% and I have a good strong signal. Everything online says that I should reset the base and maybe resync the camera but why should I have to do that? It is going back to QVC, It is a nice concept but could use more work.. I have to say the Ring works so much better and just might add one to the back door.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Netgear Arlo Pro HD 2 Pack I really like the Netgear Arlo Pro HD System. I have no complaints. Is it perfect no but it sure beats nothing at all. The system already caught someone at my shed late at night and that person was arrested.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ready to return I bought the Arlo almost a month ago. I have several issues with it. First the siren sounds in the base at home not outside in the camera. I thought ithe siren was to deterred intruders? Another thing is camera lags when recording. Oh, another big issue I have is that it stopped sending messages that there is someone around my home when recording on mine and my husbands phone . Or should I say, it sends a message once in a while. Also, no 2 way sound which they lied about. I should had known that this would be a fail. Very disappointed .

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wish All Aspects Worked This product was presented with alarm and two-way audio voice microphone! The alarm is only sounds from the base inside of the home and the microphone, two-way voice aspect doesn’t even work! I consider that false advertising when implied that these 2 aspects were on the camera itself to deter thieves and robbers! Severely disappointed in this product. Will try to troubleshoot with Arlo regarding issue. On a positive note, camera video is ok.
