Neox Folding Sunglasses with Compact Case by Lori Greiner
I had purchased a pair of the first Neox folding sunglasses that Lori made and liked those must better (unfortunately, I lost them). I like the tint on these; however, they are hard to fold to get back into the case after using and the frames are very cheap plastic and stretch. They are going back. Yes, return S&H gets expensive! I also don't understand why QVC can ship for $3 or $5 yet the return S&H, if you use the QVC label is $6.95. I repack and take to the post office and get postage for half the price, but it adds up and it's an inconvenience.
I thought these glasses would be neat to have, but unfortunately were not good for driving. I had them on while getting out of the car and almost fell. Had to send back. Paying for S/H is getting way too expensive. I am going to have to think twice before ordering anything.
got a pr for both self and husband
great flexibility, case is too large to be a comfortable fit in a mans pant pocket but could be carried in a briefcase... hey! make and include for future purchases a mesh pouch on a lanyard! Yes, I want my 'discovery' fee!!!!! Just send me 2 free pouches on lanyards!!
funny little glasses.
I laughed when I opened the package. These are so different. They are great...give yourself time to get use to the unfolding. I usually want more bling...but these are super.
The very best part are the lenses. they really do fix the sun problems. I live in west TX and we have lots of sun. I put these on and drove to church evening study, right into the west sun going down. They blocked it all for me and it still was like driving in normal daylight....so cool.
Excellent lens and style but need to make these more sturdy and less cheap! If you did this with quality material so it would not break it would be fantastic! Use better material and increase price if have to and you would have a winner! Lori don't make cheap stuff
Hinges: Catches/pulls/tangles w/ your hair
Like the lenses. Like the convenience of the size. The big negative is they catch and tangles your hair at the hinges because the rubber used at the hinges/folds is sticky. Another positive, they are sturdy as I stepped square on them and they looked mangled but fell back into shape with some flexing and playing with the impacted hinges.
CURIOUS: I wonder if any of this technology in the lenses could be applied towards night driving issues... Lori??.
Love the blue lenses but.....
The Neox is great. I love the blue color & the tint that the lenses give is very pleasing to the senses, but mine broke rather easily. Would love to have the option of a non folding arms.
Compact size perfect for purse.
Sunglasses fold up nicely into case. Small case fits in most of my purses. Glasses fit well and very comfortable. Love the clarity and tint color.
PLEASE make these in Bifocals!!!!
It's not the old style.. but YOU may like it
One... I love Neox folding sunglasses. So convenient. So easy to carry. Stuff them in your pocket. Put them in a little notch in the car. I have bought about 6 pairs of Neox over the years.
The sad thing is.. they've changed the style. This one has a lower side piece (would you call that ear piece) so it sits differently on your face. I didn't like the feel of it... nor the look. The old pairs had the ear piece higher up.
I would love if they went back to the original design.... just saying! ♥
Another great purchase from Lori Grenier
Love these sunglasses, very compact and look great. I have very sensitive blue eyes
and love these sunglases.
Fair at Best
I purchased two of the tortoise glasses. I gave one to my daughter and kept one for myself. They do reduce the glare significantly which is why I chose to keep them and leave them in my car. But, I wouldn't sport them around town. They're not that attractive and they are a bit flimsy.
Looks So Cool!
I really love these sunglasses. And the compact case is really compact! I love sunglasses and bought both black and tortoise. The case fits in my D&B purses that are small and I can zip them up and not walk around with a huge case and an open purse. Thanks, Lori! How about folding readers?
