Hardest part of using is deciding how you want to categorize your forms, receipts, invoices, documents,etc.. It synchronizes with all my PCs, phone and tablet. You could virtually go paperless! Rated 1 out of 5 by Do Not Buy Horrible device with bad customer service. Instructions are very confusing and lack of customer support evident right from the beginning. Good luck talking to a live person. If you want to use Drop Box or any other cloud storage, first you must give Neat access to your account. Meaning they can get into your cloud storage account anytime they want, more importantly same as any other hacker. Why would anyone in the right mind give permission to a company access to where they keep important documents. I would not recommend this device. I bought it and sent it back immediately. 02-08-16

Rated 1 out of 5 by Too Much Trouble I have never wrote a review before but I just had to write one for this product. I have the red NeatDesk Smart Desktop Organization Scanner from QVC in December 2014. I had problems from the beginning and it is partly my fault for not returning it but I thought I could learn myself how to use this product - now as of January 2016 I still can't get this NeatDesk to work properly. I tried to contact a service representative from the Neat Co. but apparently you have to have a paid subscription to ask any technical questions. For the price of this item you should be able to call up and ask any question you want. They do have a support area on their website but sometimes you just need to talk to a live person to solve a problem and for all I know it could be a minor problem but I just don't know how to fix it. I would never recommend this product to anyone and will just go back to making my own filing system with my printer scanner and keep my paper filing cabinet. Be very careful on deciding whether or not to purchase this item - it looks better than it really is. 01-12-16

Rated 1 out of 5 by terrible experience Like others, I had a terrible time with customer service (which it really wasn't). Their instructions did not work. Which might have been my own problem. But I kept asking to talk to a person rather than e-mail instructions and finally gave up. When I told them I was returning it THEN they asked me for a time they could call me. What?? I want to call them. I think they don't want us to know where they are. Very strange "customer service". 11-05-15
