Bought these during the summer and just got around to trying them last night. First of all, they come packed two to a container. You have to cook from frozen so you have to cook two. Secondly, they are in a piece of plastic that may or may not be safe for the oven. Based on the presentation, you are supposed to cook in foil to keep the juice inside. So the next question was how do I get these out of the case while frozen to put into foil? It took a lot of effort but I finally got it done. I cooked at 385° for 25 minutes and they were not done. I had to cook for an additional 15 minutes. Then I discovered that the garlic and dill seasoning was mixed with what I believe to be mayonnaise. I found that to be disgusting. I served the two pieces of salmon to my dogs.

Ordered the garlic& herb &,wow, was that delicious! Expensive, though, so won't be ordering often, but will order, again.

The fish was received not even close to cool - but rather it was warm. Why does QVC send perishable items out in hot weather without adequate cooling - dry ice or whatever. Fish received from Alaska comes frozen solid. If you can't afford to keep it cool, then don't offer it for sale during the hot weather - especially in Florida.

I really like salmon but not these. There is a fishy taste. Cannot eat them. Sorry.

We got the lemon garlic and cooked in foil in toaster oven. The salmon was moist and flaky but the flavor wasn't anything over the top. Slight lemon flavor, but very little salmon taste. And we didn't care for the "sauce"...kind of thick and gummy. We prefer the rich salmon from the Copper River in early spring. Won't be reordering this . Really wanted to love these.

I ordered the Lemon Pepper and found them to be very flavorful, tender and flakey. I will admit they were a touch salty but that was easily remedied by brushing some of the Lemon Pepper seasoning aside while eating them. They are very sizable filets. I live in Seattle where fresh Salmon, of every variety, is around every corner. I found these to be well worth the price. You won't be disappointed.

I HAVE THE GARLIC & HERB. TOO SALTY AND TOO RUBBERY! SALMON IS USUALLY SWEET, SO I NORMALLY SALT IT. THEY OVER DID THIS ONE AND IT TAKES AWAY FROM THE DELICIOUS TASTE OF THE SALMON. I MAKE SALMON ONCE A WEEK,SO I KNOW EXACTLY HOW LONG IT NEEDS TO COOK. THE EGG HARBOR SALMON IS THE BEST FROM QVC. I'LL STICK TO THAT ONE. DON'T WASTE YOUR $ ON THIS ONE IF YOU'RE A TRUE SALMON EATER!
