this is the best vaccum I have ever own did not realize how filthy the carper
was until I used this one I have the 500 watts can not wait until i get the 550 watts

Goes where no Dyson has gone before . .
Easily cleans under ovens, refrigerators, sofas, shelving--places with the tiniest bit of clearance. Easily reaches overhead for ceiling/fan/wall/curtain/light fixture cleaning. Easy to control, lift, empty. Dyson, you are good, but, you've been outdone for refinement cleaning.

Needs a better design
I bought this product so that I could clean under furniture without moving the furniture. Unfortunately, the extension poles do not stay in place. They keep falling off under the furniture! I also don't like the fact that the floor attachment does not lay completely flat. This makes it difficult to clean under things.

Bad Buy
I purchased this hand vac because I needed something to pick up cat litter from my floors. Unfortunately, I believed the hype about this vacuum and was really disapointed.If I turned the vacuum off the litter fell out. In order to use it for the cat litter I had to tilt the vacuum up to keep the litter in and then empty it. Also the attachments would not stay on the vacuum so it made it difficult to use.
I can't return this since it has been over 30 days but I will give it away and maybe someone else might be able to use it. Very disappointing.

Great Vacuum
I really like this little vacuum and so does my 6yr old son. He LOVES this thing and he offers to vacuum the floors, the couch cushions and the stairs...BEST money I have ever spent !

Perfect for some, but not for all!
I wanted to love this little guy, but it does have its limitations. It is perfect for reaching those high places and picking up those occasional spills, however, there is room for improvement for the normal vacuuming of floors and carpets.

Worst!!
Wish I would have read the reviews!! When I try to vacuum--the tubes keep falling out!
There should be a small hook that keeps the long attachments together.

Love this Little Monster
This is one of my better purchases, we have hardwood and tile through out our house. I use it every day. The suction is powerful. Works great with dog hair on the furniture also. For the price you can't beat it. Very light weight also. I do drag out our big vacuum on occasion. Much better than those other ones that you have to charge which only last for 10 minutes or so. My daughter loved it so much she bought one for her place.

the monster plus is a great prduct, some one ask a question about where to buy a replacement filter, go to qvc and the replacemeant filters are item # V31722, I sure hope this helps the person that want's replacemeant filters for the Monster plus 500 Watt Hand and Stick Vacum With Accessories.

Mixed feelings
While this item works well, I find that the hose does not stay together and I have to keep putting it back together but for small jobs it works just find. It would be better if it had snap in pegs to hold the hose and other attachments in place.

Great purchase Ever.
I ordered two of these for my house and garage. The box came tonight and I tried it. I couldn't believe the power and suction to this little hand held vacuum! I agree from other's that it does get hot but it's just for a quick clean up, not cleaning your entire house. Having said that, wish I can find a vacuum with that much power and suction on a larger scale. Love!
