I bought this item for my husband as our Anniversary gift. My husband loves the headphones and they really have a lot of base. So much base that when I call him, he cannot hear me.

The best headphones out hands down.
These are great for a computer studio program like reasons or fl studio combined with a HP laptop with beats installed on it. Definitely recommend these for any inspiring producer.

Great Sound But Poor Design
These headphones sound terrific. However after about 6 months of light use I folded them up and the left side screws came apart at what is the stress point when folding them. Now returning to Monster for a new replacement pair. The support person seemed to be familiar with this issue as well.

My 17 yr old son loves these headphones. Now my 19 yr old wants them too.

VERY disappointed-weak sound one side only..
After reading and hearing all the talk about how great these headphones sounded, I decided to give them a try. Purchased them to replace a 21 year old pair of headphones (Beyerdynamic DT990) that recently stopped working (got my money's worth there!) Opening the package, I thought they seemed a little "cheap" - I was afraid I would break them trying to get the batteries installed. Once that was conquered, I turned the switch on and plugged them in, expecting to be overwhelmed by the incredible sound other reviewers here and there have experienced. Unfortunately, what I heard was something far less - like the music was being sent through a tin can - out of the left channel only. I have a pair of headphones from a 15 year-old Walkman that sound better. The right channel was completely dead. Checked all connections, tried different cords, still no sound from the right side. If the one channel had sounded even remotely like I had expected, I would be willing to give them another shot. Not willing to take the chance, unfortunately.

Monster Beats by Dr. Dre (Studio version)
I am a big time music lover and these headphones are incredible. It's like having studio speakers wrapped around your ears. The bass is deep but clear and the vocals are perfect. All the little intricate sounds that you couldn't hear before with regular headphones really comes to life with these. One of the best things I've purchased in a long time. Great job Dre and Monster!!

Just Awesome!!
I am the production manager for my church. The clear, crisp sound you get from these hedphones is nearly perfect. You will not regret this purchse. I hope QVC will offer the the new Professional series headphones that come out later this summer. I will get those too!!!

INSANE SOUND!
These headphones are worth every penny that they cost! The sound is unbelievable! All the music lovers will enjoy these headphones. Not to mention they have a cool eye catching design, and they are head turners.
