Too baggy
Suit was too baggy and way bigger than expected. More like pajamas than office wear.

Loved it so much I bought TWO!
In black for my mother, she loves it. In burgundy for me - I love it. Two super versatile, super comfortable pieces I will wear all through the fall & winter. Great fitting pant, long enough for a heel, the jacket - not too voluminous. WINNER!

Purchased four in all
I bought three for myself - black, gray and burgundy - and have now purchased the burgundy for my daughter in England. I really like this set.....comfortable, looks good on, I just like it...had to hem the pants but worth the effort......

It pills! :(
I liked the idea of this when I bought it (nice outfit to use for the weekend) but I found that the fabric pills. Now I have an outfit I can't use even after using my pill remover. So sad.

A beautiful suit
I bought this quite a while ago in dark grey and just now decided on the dark red. While this may not be my go-to-color, it is not too loud either. This was very well worth it-it is a beautiful suit. Just like the whole Modern Soul line-kind of understated and comfy too- but actually kinda cool also. Hoping the line will be back??
Because of the forgiving cut, I think a 1X lady might be fine with the XL as well.

Nice suit!
I can't wait to wear it to work! (I am glad that I ignored any negative comments.) Stylish looking, can't wait to "work it" with a scarf and a pin: the Joan way! The sizing is correct. I wear a 12 and got a medium. The pant length is fine with a 2" heel. (I'm around 5' 51/2".) Buy it; great price too!!

More casual
This is okay. I am not doing jumping jacks over this outfit, but it will work for a casual work day to me. The pants are a bit bigger then the jacket, so the sizing is off. I'm going to keep it though, because it works for what it works for and I like the burgundy color.

Good purchase for the clearance price.
Although the price is right, in truth, this outfit is a bit odd. There is something strange about the overall shape of the jacket and the width of the pants is a little too generous. That said, the price is right and the pieces can be worn separately.

Take a chance!
At this price, it's worth a try! I sized down from my usual 1X to an XL and the fit is just right. This set is flattering and comfortable but the pants may be too long/wide to work for a shorter person. I am 5'6" and it is just right. Also, the jacket could use less "swing" but I still love it. Great outfit, especially for the price!

Great two piece for work
I recieved burgandy. It has been years since I have worn anything in burgandy. It is a mature color, well I guess now I am mature. The weight of the fabric is for fall and winter. The fabric is soft although not ultra like a cashmere but more of a winter ponte knit. I liked the way it looked on me. I got the large but may be I should send back for the meduim, it is a bit large on me. However it is very comfortable. The leg of the pant is wide. The wide leg would look great with heels and classy high heel boots. The swing would be great.This set really flattered my figure. The back of the jacket is swing and it did have more material that I would like it when I wear it loose but this is easliy resoved by a tailor with a few darts and well placed seams. I don't get all the negative reviews about this garment set. Well, to each his own. I like it and for me it is a keeper.

Horrible Fit. Horrible Suit.
Bought this suit in 1X in burgundy at the clearance price. Had read the previous reviews that recommended sizing down and I did. I should have sized down to an XL. Knit fabric was fairly light, so pretty comfortable heat-wise. However, the jacket was too big and the pants were REALLY big and REALLY wide and REALLY long. If you can find your size and it fits well, at the clearance price and especially with Easy Pay this is a good deal. Otherwise, I'd be bummed if I had paid full price for this oversized "hot mess" as my Southern friends say ;-)

IRREGULAR FIT
A friend of mine is down on her luck, So I decided to purchase this set for her to wear on job interviews, etc. She is a bit top heavy; therefore, I purchased it in large. The top fits somewhat, but the pants are all over the place. They are definitely larger than "large" by the standards of some of the other designers on QVC.
I would recommend the set to others based on its appearance, but be wary of the fit. If I had known this sizing issue about Modern Soul's clothing line, I would have ordered a smaller size. The fabric is great.
