Milana Bra by Genie Set of 2 Lace Overlay Bras w/ Modesty Pads
I ordered all the sets of the lace overlay bras except for the black & white. I love the fit and the colors. The are my favorite bras ever.
I received two Milan Bras today and in the amazement, these products do not look anything like the infomercial . First of all, they are ill-fitted; the size runs too small. Secondly, the lace was absolutely poorly designed and made. When I wear the Milana bra, the lace makes me look like I have extra nipples. Definitely will not buy Milana bra again.
LOVE THESE BRAS
I have every color xcept black & white because they were sold out in xl. I'm 67 & did have to go up from l to xl but that's ok because they make me feel very girlie. These are definitely a great buy for me!
I was lucky enough to buy these two Genie bras on clearance and am so glad I did. They are comfortable, fit well (I'm a 36B, weight 140 and fit the L perfect. They are the perfect bra under anything with a lower cut, or, as I did yesterday, wear the bra under a jacket. They replace camis, shapers, all of it! Thanks, QVC
This style Genie is wonderful for warm climates, such as South Florida. The Milano looks exactly like a cami but without any extra bulk or warmth. The lace detail is very soft and elegant, not at all chintzy. I bought four more on clearance--lovely.
I might add that the Genie provides amazing lift and shape; I was pleasantly surprised at how flattering this bra is, and of course there is none more comfortable. I now have piles of very expensive bras that I no longer use. A fabulous invention!
This is IT!
As a plus sized woman, it is very difficult to find a "perfect fit" in a bra....one that offers support & comfort both...you rarely find. THIS is the absolute BEST bra ever. It is beyond comfortable...offers awesome support.and is beautifully made! My search is over....I will never own anything else but a Genie Bra from today forward!!! Thank you QVC~
Nicely made but not for me
Received these and one fits fine, other fits too small. Unfortunately they are going back.
I am 56 years old and I have hated wearing a bra my entire life! Finally, I gave found a bra that does not ride up, straps do not fall off of my shoulders , and does not itch! I will purchase this brand for the rest of my bra wearing life! I only wish they were not discontinuing this model, it is wonderful! I when I was a teenager, my mother would fight with me about wearing a bra because I hated wearing them so much. I am going to tell my mom about this beans now. I only wish I had not waited soon long to get on the bus w ith this. Brand.
LOVE love LOVE
These bras are super comfortable plus they cover what needs to be covered...the pads & the lace overlay do it beautifully!
I ordered all the choices & glad I did! Would do it over again in a heartbeat!
The fit is true to size & mega comfortable...I'm not big busted & I have no idea how uplifted it will be for someone with a larger chest.
Love the looks of them but
I ordered every color. And yes I do like the looks of them and they are comfortable but the modesty pads are made different then the other Genie bras I have they are thin (still do the job) but because of that they move and are difficult to get back in place.
As a 34D, it's hard enough to find bras in my size. I tried these originally in the black and white (in the Large), then loved them so much I came back for more... in all the colors, plus backup sets of the cream/navy and black/white since cream, black and white will be worn most often. All of the colors are beautiful, the glimmer on the grey is awesome.
On a side note, I have learned to turn them inside out to wash, as the lace will snag.
Good for Comfort, but Still Not a "Real" Bra
At the clearance price, I thought if worse comes to worst, I can us these as sleep bras. That's what I'll be doing. I just received these and tried one on, and I can already tell that I'm not going to be wearing these out and about. I was hoping for something to wear as a maternity bra during my second pregnancy, but I don't want to invest in something very expensive since I increased 5 cup sizes with nursing after my first pregnancy. Normally I am a 36G but am spilling out of bras that size, so I'm probably at a 36H. I ordered the 2X according to the chart (my measurement is in the 1X range, but the chart advises C cup and up to go up a size). The "cups" area is still too small in my opinion--the band gets sucked right under my breasts, and I have to arrange them so they're not spilling out of the sides. Still have cleavage over the lace overlay. I feel like I could have used the tighter band and straps of a 1X, but then of course the "cups" area would be way too small. The fit is like a regular sports bra: zero definition, no adjustability.
