I bought this thinking that it was going to make controls easier. For the money, it doesnt. I kept it because my grandsons seem to like it. Me, not so much. I won't buy another one.
It may be because I was expecting too much, like value for my money. Others may like it, I'm not a big fan.

This controller deserves the 5 stars I gave it plays games smooth and works great on the PC also as a streamer the comfort of this controller helps. You wont go wrong in my opinion purchasing this and with flex pay makes it affordable.
Rated 4 out of 5 by DanCombs It's the same...But nicer!
I have used many different variations of the Xbox 360 and Xbox one controller. I think it's safe to say I am very familiar with the layout and over performance of a console controller. The controller is packaged very nicely, there is a sturdy cardboard box and inside is the controller in its own soft/hard case. Inside of the box you will find the usaul instruction manuals, but you will also fine a very long fabric covered micro USB cable. Inside of the controller case you will find the controller it's self and all of the accessories. The controller feels just a bit heavier than a standard controller. The back has rubberized grips that help it stay firmly in your grip. There are many differences to this controller versus the standard controller. There are 4 programmable buttons with easy reach aluminum paddles that can be mapped to any of the face buttons. There are also 2 switch's that let you adjust the travel of the triggers. I don't play many FPS games but I still use them for for many RPG games and the shorter travel does make a difference. You can also switch out the D-pad and the two joy sticks. I prefer the feel of the original joy sticks but the right way D-pad makes movements much easier than a standard four way. Over all if you are not a pro gamer you won't really NEED any of these featues, but if you are anything like me you will appreciate the controller for its quality and it's extra features. I would recommend this controller to anyone who wants the best controller experience around short of a fully customizable scuff controller.

Qvc was great with shipping and easy pay BUT...Less than 2 months of use and the right stick quit,, I called Microsoft they replaced it free but really 2 months for a 150.00 dollar controller, ive had 60 dollar ones last more than 5 years. I will buy from QVC but Im mad at Microsoft..

When used with a rechargeable battery pack and charger this controller is amazing! it has a good weight to it so you feel you have something in your hands, the paddles added with the different thumb sticks, give you the ability to make it fit your preferences, I am very happy with this purchase!
Rated 5 out of 5 by TTaylor70 Great controller
This is probably the best xbox one controller you can get which is why i've bought two in the last year. It comes with multiple sticks that are easy to switch out depending on your situation in game. The additional triggers/paddles on the back are programmable either on your Xbox one or on your windows 10 pc or you can just remove them completely. It has 2 custom profiles which are fast and easy to switch between with the small switch in the middle of the controller for your presets.
It's a fairly durable controller mine still works like new after almost a year of consistent use.
Rated 1 out of 5 by 1010TinaM After 3 months you're out $150
I bought this controller for my boyfriend in February and now the charging port is loose. I called Microsoft to get it repaired (not looking for anything for free, I figured I would have to pay a repair fee + shipping) and the agent and the supervisor told me that after 3 months the only option is to buy a new controller. I have repaired items with Sony, Nintendo, and Apple and they will at least stand by their product and repair it. Really disappointed in Microsoft and this controller is definitely not worth $150 to only work for less than 9 months.
