Not as expected
Ordered this in Hydrangea (blue). On QVC seemed lighter, softer blue. When received it turned out to be an old fashioned looking industrial blue with stiff leather. Pockets at front are not very deep. The strap is adjustable to only 2 lengths. The longest is ridiculously long and looks silly as a crossbody unless you are really tall. Love Maxx New York bags but I fear quality has been compromised this time around. Also ordered different style and also disappointed. See my other review. Too bad. :-(

Seemed Dated
Purchased this in the blue and it was a pretty color, just not what I thought it would be from the show. It was more soft Royal blue and not as vivid as how it looked on TV. I thought the leather was a bit stiff, and the front pockets were shallow, I would fear anything of value could fall out. Overall, except for it being blue the purse was ho-hum. I liked the option of changing from shoulder to cross body length, that was the best feature. I always wish instead of a fixed strap purse makers would make a bag with all straps removable. That way the customer could decide how we wanted to carry the bag, (short strap, shoulder strap, cross body strap). I am a Maxx bag an from way back, but felt this was a bit dated so back it went. I
