MaxiClimber Sport Vertical Climber with Elastic Assistance is rated 2.9 out of 5 by 61.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for me It hurt my back, so unable to use. Furthermore, it did not seem to be very stable when you are on it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Screws don’t fit! This is cheaply made screws are uneven and the pin that is supposed to position the climber will not fit in the hole! Very dissatisfied!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dumbest piece of equipment we ever bought Unstable and easy to turn you over. Not a smooth workout and very awkward to be on. Easy to flip backwards. Obviously only for petite models on tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from intense workout I wanted something compact that would work the whole body. I also wanted something that would be a compliment to my cardio and running. This little climber fits the bill. I could only do 15 mins my first time, as this is pretty intense. It got my heart rate up and I could feel the burn. I burned 150 calories in those 15 minutes. It folds up nicely and could fit just about anywhere. In fact you could even take it with you somewhere if you wanted. I’m looking forward to being able to have the least amount of resistance and workout longer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not overwhelming I used many pieces of exercise equipment with and without elastic assistance but this one is not a fluid motion to keep consitant. Pedals could be spaced further.....2.5 stars

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Intense workout This was super easy to assemble. I weigh about 275 pounds and find it easy to get on and off. However, it is quite the workout! The demonstrators made it look effortless, but it kicks my behind! I love it! I am working my way up to more minutes. I can feel it in all my muscle groups. It is slender and takes up very little room.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great initially but lacking quality I purchased the Maxi Climber back in January to serve as an efficient work out on days I couldn't make it to the gym (thanks, snowy Pennsylvania). I am in my 30s and consider myself to be fairly in shape, and I must say this machine rocks from an efficiency standpoint- 20 minutes on this thing and I was burning about 300 calories and sweating buckets. After using it for my 20 minute sessions about 2-3 times per week for ~2 months, the machine completely started to fall apart. The rolling mechanism came off track and the whole machine became extremely noisy and clunky with every downward push of the pedal, making it completely unusable. Such a shame. I truly loved this machine for when it was functional but the quality just isn't there to make this a regular piece of work out equipment. Save your money and invest in something else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality I loved this machine the first month I got it. I used it 4 times per week for about 15-20 minutes each time. Before I made my third payment, the machine was making loud noises and the cables are already fraying. I won't use it anymore. I contacted the company and they said they would send out new parts. That was a couple of weeks ago. I still have not received them, and I get to look forward to trying to replace those parts myself... The machine is a great workout and concept, but just made of poor quality materials that cannot handle much usage. I need to workout regularly, so I need something more durable for my home. Been going back to the gym for now. Should have read other reviews more carefully before purchasing this product!!
