Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this machine I love this machine and my mother liked it so much that I purchased one for her birthday as well. It only took her about 20-25 minutes to put them together and actually it was a little less than that for the 2nd machine. The machine did squeak after a couple of days but nothing that tightening couldn't fix. It doesn't take up a lot of space and it is great for those days that I don't want to walk outside and I when I want to change up from the treadmill. We normally workout between 20-30 minutes and sometimes a little more. I do notice that after about 20 minutes my right foot starts to ache a little. So I try not to overdue it and it could be because my weight is constantly shifting to that foot. Who knows, but my mom also said she has that issue. But maybe it is just us. We both are losing weight also with a sensible diet. So overall this machine is good to go for us. I love it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good buy I love this machine. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and most machines bother my feet but this one gives me a good cardio while toning. QVC did not provide the DVD workout but I found Brenda DyGraf's videos for her SlimStrider 360 X and it gives me a good sweat. I give this a 4 rating because it started to squeak a litter after my boyfriend of 217lbs used it for 30 minutes. I would suggest that anyone over 200lbs should not buy this machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love!!! I have to admit I was intimidated when the big box came. I thought it was going to take hours to put together. I was wrong. After sitting in the box for over a week I decided to put this little machine together today. Took me under and hour. So easy to use and you definitely feel your muscles work. So happy I bought it!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Because of some reviews almost missed out on this I almost didn’t buy this because of some of the reviews. So glad I did. I’m 68 years old and not into outdoor exercise so this little wonder is right up my alley. I set it up in my living room and hop on whenever I feel like it. It’s a great workout for me. I have to be careful with my arms because I’ve been dealing with some issues but I can use this with or without the arm movement. The only thing that bothers me is that my fit tracker doesn’t register when using the stationary arm position. The setup was easy except for the tray that holds your tablet was hard to screw in the screws. The instructions leave a lot to be desired but I brought up the pictures on the Q and was able to figure it out. Unlike the previous poster, I don’t find the screws shoddy at all and am surprised at how well this is made for the price. So happy I got this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks Can Be Deceiving; and BE A GREAT THING! Don't let this fancy lil number fool you - behind the elliptical/ski machine-like looks is a MUCH HARDER WORKING, VERSATILE/COMPOUND EXERCISE MACHINE worth it's weight in YOUR EXCESS POUNDS! Took an hour to put together. I tried it out the 1st night, did 5 minutes maybe 8...it was set on the lowest resistance, made me huff and puff and gave my heart rate a challenge. BEAUTIFUL - that's what I want in a home piece. A challenge out of the gate. You get the benefits of full range of motion and an upper arm and back/chest work out all at the same time utilizing the largest muscle group on your body...your legs. I love this. Sadly I admit I am a recovering EXERCISE JUNKI - and put on the pounds like it was my job! UGH!!! I know from my years in the gym, and subscribing to learning about exercise physiology as a hobby - this piece is a terrific home gym addition for anyone looking to increase stamina, burn fat, stay F L E X I B L E and have a BLAST doing it. YES YES YES. Thank you Q, for the great price, on a super fun exercise machine, & getting the OLD ME back in the saddle in no time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Getting started on Exercising I really like this equipment. It took me about an hour to set up and I love the way it looks. I haven't exercise in 2 years due to pinched nerve so I figured this would be a great way to get back on track. Like the other reviewer, I wear my fitbit while exercising and I love how it recorded the exercise as steps. Great price!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great workout I love this glider! I am almost 60 years old and i put it together myself, was not hard. I bought this to replace another glider I’ve had for years and this is a much better workout. Yes a little harder to do but that is what you want in a workout. I also love that you can get more range of motion with this glider versus other that work only straight on movement. Being able to do side lifts was a bonus.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from a little different than expected Very easy to set up and takes up minimal space. Was hoping it was more like an eliptical but actually is like cross country skiing. A little hard to do the side lifts.
