The instruction book could be better with smoking times and temps included in it and info about needing or not needing the water tray, but the product itself is GREAT! 08-01-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fall off the bone ribs!! My husband had been looking at this smoker at a store near us. It is expensive so that is why we purchased through QVC, easy pay makes everything affordable. We had a graduation party and used it for the first time. Well aside from making the most delicious ribs. It was a conversation starter. It looked great, holds a ton of food and easy to use. We love the remote control feature. We also love the we can be out shopping while our meal is cooking. As well as swimming in the pool and not having to man the grill. We even steam corn and bake our potatoes in there. No outdoor kitchen should be without one. Wonderful purchase!! 07-17-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Smoker I have had my smoker for 4 years now. I have smoked turkeys, 4 briskets, ribs, 4 cheese macaroni, ham and chicken. All has come out great. I cover my water pan and grease pan with tinfoil for easy clean up. I also leave out the racks I do not use for easier clean up. You should always wipe out the smoker with a solution of water and vinegar once it cools down (maybe the next day FOR SURE). It's a great unit!!! On Thanksgiving I always make 2 turkeys. I smoke one and deep fry one in the master built deep fryer. Fryer takes one hour for a 12 lb. turkey. At my house we don't call a party, a party, they are considered as an EVENT. My family is mostly Thai so we have a mix of Thai food and our 2 birds. Thus an EVENT. 06-06-16

Rated 5 out of 5 by No Hassle Grill, Best Purchase Ever It is so easy to grill. I have had mine for about three years. I can grill four sides of ribs, four Cornish hens and still have room for vegetables, etc. I just add wood chips, set the timer and temp and forget it. I also add a little vinegar or wine to drip pan as a tenderizer and for added flavor. The food comes out so moist and I do not have to put the meat in a pan in the oven with a little water and foil to get meat tender. I am hoping I do not have any problems out of it. I have already gotten my moneys' worth if I do. 04-18-16
