I PURCHASED THIS SMOKER ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND IT IS GREAT .WE USE IT EVERY WEEKEND, FOR ALL TYPES OF MEAT ,EVEN HOT DOGS....AND POTATOES....JUST FILL IT FULL OF MEAT ,POTATOES,ETC...AND LET IT COOK ALL DAY .NO HEATING THE HOUSE UP AND WE LIKE USING DIFFERENT FLAVORS OF WOOD CHIPS ...ALSO GREAT FOR BBQ...AND IS VERY EASY TO CLEAN...THIS WAS A GREAT PURCHASE ...SO GLAD WE GOT ONE ,BEFORE THEY SOLD OUT.....I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS SMOKER....WELL WORTH THE MONEY....

This is one of my best purchases ever. If you want great smoky taste without the hassle if charcoal or bottled gas then do not hesitate to order this smoker.
We have used this smoker three times. Every time our food comes out perfect and tasting great. The convenience of this electric smoker is wonderful. We own and use a wood burning smoker but when the temperture is a 100+ who wants to stand outside and tend a fire. This product works exactly as advertise. Very well satisfied with this product. Looking to buy another one!! Also, try the recipes that they do on the show!
Great Outdoor Cooking
I'm new to the world of smoking. Versatile and easy to use.I tried salmon ,pork butt,beef roast and a whole chicken. Meat is very juicy and has a wonderful taste. We also have done Mac and cheese,potatoes and baked beans also very good tasting. I am very happy with this product.
Wow, I love this smoker. It's the 1st time my husband and myself ever smoked anything. We did baby back ribs and a small turkey breast. We added our own rub, turned it on, set the temp, changed chips once during the smoking process and this was the best tasting ribs and turkey breast I ever had. I do wish it came with a cookbook with different rubs and times for cooking the meats. That would be my only complaint. I am so glad I purchased this even though the reviews were not so great.
Need a cookbook
We purchased the smoker but have not really tried it yet. Can you recommend a good cookbook for the smoker? Need something to give an idea about how long long things are suppose to cook. We have some chicken thighs and would love to use the smoker but don't know a cook time for them. The manual only has a few recipes. Would be nice if it had come with a cookbook too.

I use it more than I thought I would!
This is a great smoker very easy to use and I have been using it more than I thought I would. I hesitated to purchase a smoker for a while because I wasn't sure how often I would use it but I'm actually using it a lot. It's simple to use and the food comes out great not to mention that my back yard smells awesome as it's smoking.

DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK
We purchased this smoker about a year ago, it never cooks anything right. Nothing ever gets done no matter how long we keep it in there, you never see any smoke wafting about, it never gets hot enough, the temp never gets over 200 degrees even when you turn it completely all the way up. It's a worthless piece of junk.
I've had this smoker now for almost 6 months. It was easy to assemble and set up. Reading all of the reviews, I had hesitated to purchase it. I am so glad I did. First of all it doesn't take up a lot of room in the backyard (great for those that have their Grills and other furniture on the patio too), the temperature gauge is easy to read on the front, and the thermostat is easy to set. I can cook up to 10 pounds of chicken and 14 pounds of brisket at the same time. It's small enough to do 1 chicken, and big enough to feed a large group. this smoker is versatile as well as efficient (I add charcoal briquettes to the smoke box to add flavor and increase the depth of the smoke). It has been an excellent addition to my BBQ setup,
Easy assembly, heavy duty, well built, easy instructions! EASY, EASY, EASY and the food is out of this world! Great investment for our guests dining pleasure! We're really looking forward to the holidays for that smoked turkey. Everyone should have one on their back patio, the garage or somewhere!
