How do I use it: You should apply this ink liner before applying your mascara, so that it goes on smoothly and evenly.

To get that perfect winged cat-eye, work the liner across the lid from inner to outer corner, then draw the outside of the wing and match on the other side. Finish by filling in the wing, creating a smooth line.

Instead of lining the lash line in one fell swoop, slowly "walk" the liner across the lid using shorter strokes.

Easy I found this easy to apply the first try out of the box....so much better than the pencils that pull the eyelid along with it. It stayed on all evening without smudging in the humidity of summer. The reason for the 4 stars is that it isn't offered in dark brown. I find that the black is too harsh looking for me. I like a softer look especially as we age. 06-15-13

Needs work... I was SO looking forward to this...I am such a Mallynista. All of my eyeliners, shadows, blush and lipstick are Mally. I have been a makeup artist for 20 years and I couldn't even make this work. The only way I could get a straight line was to lay it down sideways on the lid and even thin it wasn't great. Yes, I am a perfectionist but I have used drug store brands that didn't give me this much hassle....there just not bulletproof and I knew if it was Mally that it would be and while it did stay on well, it took me 2 HOURS to get this to where I would go out with it on. I don't have that kind of time. Also, once it's been in the air a while it dries up and there's no instructions on how to get the fluid to come out so I shook it and got it all over the floor. I hope that's not what your suppose to do! The tip doesn't hold the color long enough without drying. I didn't mind the learning curve of the handle, but I don't prefer it. It's going back. 06-02-13

Top of the liner snapped off This design is not user friendly and the liner part came off from the handle. The liner is Ok but certainly not worth the price. I have tried many products on QVC and have yet to find the perfect one. 05-18-13

Love Love love love I have tried every eyeliners have found but I'm not looking anymore... Finally the perfect eye liner... The only thing maybe a dark brown would be good... But I love everything about this I bout 2 extra so I would have them!!!!! Love 05-11-13

NOT BULLET PROOF I have read some of the reviews and all I can say is that ladies play with it, it is a new design that we are not use to. Took me three times to get just the correct line. The results were as follows: not straight, to thick then to sparse. Fourth time BINGO!! The problem is it is not bullet proof. Rubs off, flakes off water takes it off right away. If I am going to take the time to apply makeup I want it to stay on. Make it smudge proof, flake proof and water proof then I will recommend and buy more. 05-07-13

Perfect I absolutely love this and use it evey morning. It's impossilbe to make a mistake, it stays on al day, and no flakes or smears. The easiest I've ever used, and I don't have to clean off the brush as w/ a gel eyeliner. Please QVC, keep this at the featured price; it if goes to $26, then wth shipping, it's $30 for an eyeliner and that seems a little steep , even for premium eyeliner. 04-24-13

Great product At last, an eyeliner I can use that goes on easily in a thin line and actually looks good. I am 50+ and my skin is not as tight as it used to be. This is the first time I have used Mally cosmetics. Thank you Mally for a fab product. 04-22-13

Finaaly-Finally I just received this product today.. FINALLY, a eye liner that I can apply and it not go every where but the right place. The appiicator is wonderful.
