procuct perfect, package is pain in my A!!
LUV luv LUV IT!!! One of my besty products in my 20 years of make-up pepsi challenges, nothing takes the shine away like this, it's close to magic. BUT I've broken fingernails trying to open it, and gerls, my fingernails are strong, I use the pnk gelcoat from qvc so you know they're good to go. Please Miss Mally, make a friendlier package.

Best product for shiny faces!
This is the most wonderful product for adding "stay power" to your make-up. In addition, with the hot & humid days of summer right around the corner, this product is a must-have, to remove that oily shine throughout the day - leaving you with an almost air-brushed, matt finish. Just remember that a little product, goes a long way & you don't want to swipe it across your face, just press the sponge into your face, as if blotting. The new sponge is great, but it would be even better, if the sponge were self-contained in the compact, as it used to be - especially for on-the-go touch ups. If you are on the fence about this product, give it a try - I promise, you will not be disappointed! Thank you, Mally, for this fantastic product!

I like it
I like the product it keeps my face silky not oily at all. I really like it except the container because I have a hard time opening this thing. My nails are short and i don't want to break them so i have to use something to open it. I believe it needs to be easy to open. The sponge smells funny don't know what its made off but it has a strange odor.

GREAT PRODUCT
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. MY FACE TENDS TO BE OILY AND THIS DEFINITELY STOPS SHINE, REDUCES PORES, AND KEEPS MAKEUP ON ALL DAY LONG :) I AM NOW USING THIS INSTEAD OF THE PRIMER......IT WORKS 100% BETTER :)

Good Product - But The Compact Breaks
Love the product and have ordered 2 times now. The compact is very poor quality. On the first one the botton part broke off the 2nd month I had it. On the 2nd one first the bottom and then today the top part with the mirror broke off. For the price the compact should stay together.
Love Mally products but may not order this again because of the compact being in pieces now.

Summers true friend!!
This will be my 3rd summer using this product. I don't have problems with my face being oily in the winter as much so I normally only use it during the summer months. AND it really works, my face stays shine free, and any make up I may be wearing stays in place. I would not go without my Mally! I'm not a huge fan of the sponge what comes with it, I've tried this product in a travel size and it came with a thinner, round one. I preferred that. And I think the container the regular size comes in would be better if it opened easier, I have to pry this open with a coin. BUT, the product is worth it all!!

AMAZING Product
As usual Mally has done it again. I don't know why people are complaining about the sponge. It is a great applicator. Who cares it's not n the compact, she gives u a free pouch to keep everything in. I don't care if it needed a key and a ten digit code to get to it, I would. It works your pores r gone and your face feels like silk. I will never b w/out this. Thanks Mally u make me feel and look my best.

Love product and that the square compact is back!
I love this face defender...keeps my makeup fresh and shine down. I was very unhappy with the round compact that was used previously as the compact would crack and fall apart no matter how careful I was. I disliked that compact so much that I started re-ordering from another beauty site that had this square version. So happy to see the square version back! I also like this sponge better...seems to be stronger that the one that came in the round compact. Thank you! It would be nice if sponge fit into the compact but, that is not a deal breaker for me at all since I don't need to carry this with me. My makeup stays most of the day without touch ups with face defender.

Love it except case
I totally love this product & I'm 66 yrs. but what I do not like is that I have ordered 4-5 of these compacts because I love it soo much. I just have to say that the compact needs re-working because every 1 I ordered broke, so it's not just a fluke. Please repair compact.

Worst packaging for a compact ever
I can't believe Mally or any exec with Mally would have approved this packaging. Who carries their sponge separate from their Compact? Love the product but would not purchase again as long as this package remains. It is way too heavy and not that easy to get into. Just a simple compact Mally, it's not that complicated. Lets face it when you go for your compact to do a quick touch up you are usually in a hurry so you need quick and easy access with your sponge right on top the way they were produced for 50 or so years. Remember your moms or grandmothers compact. Round,quick and easy. Keep it simple, don't reinvent the wheel!

Great Product But Sponge needed To Fit Inside
This is a wonderful product, however, I don't like that the sponge doesn't fit inside the compact. I thought I had seen on one of her shows where Mally had updated the compact to include the sponge. This keeps the sponge clean and more bacteria-free. I will resume my buying this product when the updated packaging returns. This is the only reason I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
