Not Very Good
I had a heated eyelash curler for years and it was great. I saw this one and was thrilled. That was until I used it. It is made cheaply. The plastic outside is poor and it hardly heats. I wish I had read the reviews first.

Doesn't get hot enough -barely warm
I returned it. I had been looking for this product for over 5 years.They used to sell them at CVS and they worked great but this version barely gets warm! Great product if it could get a lot warmer. Heated eyelashes will last all day but my plain curler worked better than this one. Plus the price is too high!

Not happy
I thought the heated curler was very awkward to handle. After about a week of using it, I still don't catch my eyelashes in it as I do with a regular curler. The mascara I liked at first, then the rim of the mascara tube that cleans off some of the mascara broke, so it just came out in globs.

heated eyelash curler
i have this for a while now and i love it. it works better than any lash curler i have ever used. i am so glad i got it, because it really makes a huge difference in how my lashes look. i also use your primer and between the two i really change the look of my lashes. thanks Mally for the wonderful product line and the tips you give while on line.

Needs work
Sent back the 1st curler because it didn't close. The second one is too hard to use because the handle isn't angled
far enough away from your cheek.
Haven't really used it much. I had a heated curler that was like a mascara brush and it worked well.

For me....not a good purchase.
I wish I had not thrown away all my packaging because I definitely would have sent this back. I looked forward to getting it, but it just didn't work. As to the mascara....I thought I liked it until I learned that it didn't hold the color on my lashes and I, (along with some others who wrote reviews) also took on the look of a raccoon. I went back to the site and looked at the demonstration once again....but I had done all those things and realized that perhaps this product was just not doing what I had expected. As to the Eyelash Curler....it simply didn't work. Next product...I keep the packaging.

not what I expected
I watched the QVC show and it did not say that you had to manually hold the piece up till it turned pink which seemed to take 3-5 minutes. Who has time to do that? It should be like all other heated devices that has an on or off switch.

Bad product
This product did not work. The curler did not curl but did pull my eye lashes. The mascara did look like it volumized but quickly spread over my face over the morning to the point I eneded up looking like a racoon.

Excellent
I too was surprised by the negative reviews. When I first tried it, nothing happened. However, you have to make sure you are curling your lashes at the BASE. Don't be afraid to "almost" get your lid. If you wait for it to turn white and ensure you are curling at the exact base.. You too will think this is the best eyelash curler you have ever owned. i truly have never in my 44 years seen my lashes actually curled. Mally! This is truly awesome.. thank you!

Horrible!
Wish I'd read the reviews before getting this curler, which doesn't curl and is awkward to use. It doesn't get as hot as some that I've owned, so it doesn't do the trick, especially if you have a lash or two that got all cockeyed during the night! Also, who has the time in the morning to sit there holding it in the "on" positon so that it warms up? There should be an on/off switch just like on a curling iron. As for the mascara, people rave and rave all day long about it and I am wondering why? There is nothing wrong with it per se, but nothing oh-so-fab, either. I actually prefer some of the $10 drug store brands, especially the ones with the newer brushes that really separate your lashes. I felt like this brush was too big and all my lashes looked stuck together. Not worth the price for either item.

Going Back!
I SO Wanted to LOVE this! I tried and tried to like it, used it for several days but it is
hard to use, cheaply made (all plastic) and did not curl my lashes as well as a regular
eyelash curler! I am sending back tomorrow! This one is a real loser!
