I tried really hard to like this product. The powders are both wonderful. It's the brow pencil that is the BIG problem. It is too wide, too soft and impossible to sharpen. This product would probably be good for someone with adequate brows who just needs a little more fullness and color. My brows are very sparse from midway out, and this pencil just glopped (for want of a better word) onto my skin. There was just no way to control the width of the brow line. I would love this product if the pencil were more manageable. Mally, please work on that for us girls who are brow-challenged. Until then I'm going back to the universal brow pencil from the other shopping network.

Best Brow Product Ever!
I had to have my eyebrows surgically removed due to a medical problem and COULD NOT find a brow pencil that would stay on thru the day. This DOES! It's amazing. Best product ever! Mally, please never quit making this product. Will continue buying as long as it is available.

I LOVE IT!
Ever since losing my eyebrows over 20 years ago, I have tried numerous products that promised long wearing eyebrows. However, this is the only product that actually lives up to its promise. I use this kit with stencils from eyebrowz.com. I simply use the brow color and stencil to create my brows. Then, I use the pencil to draw in my entire brow. No matter how hot and sweaty I get, at the end of day my brows look as good as they did in the morning. Thank you Mally, you ROCK!

Expected Perfection
I use Mally's 24/7 Professional Eyeliner System and LOVELOVELOVE it, so I knew I would love the brow system. I'm in the hot/humid midwest where we have really yucky days, my 24/7 eyeliner stays put, no bleeding or moving during the day so I know the brow system will do the same.
I have medium brunette hair (Loriel Preference number 5N if you really want to know ;), so it's on the darker side of brunette as well as my brows. I chose Medium Brown, when I first opened the package it really looked too light. However, it's perfect! I'm so glad I got the Medium Brown, as it goes on much darker.
I use the product just as Mally prescribes, first using the brow pencil. Then I smooth this out with a stiff, brow brush which is what I've always done with any brow pencil. Then I like to use a QTip to lightly (very lightly) swab off any excess pencil from my brows...and clean up the edges. Then I dust on the white Setting Powder, and then lightly with the colored powder.
All in all it really only takes me a couple of minutes and I'm glad to go through these steps to make sure I don't have to touch up later in the day.

Disappointed- Didn't work well, seemed VERY cheap
I was excited about this product because I'm a brow/makeup fanatic. I've done my makeup for years and do it well! I'm always looking for something better for my brows.
I saw this on tv and it looked good. I received it, the packaging is cute... but that was about it.
The pencil was like a waxy crayon, couldn't get it to apply smoothly.
The angle side of the brush seemed SO cheap and stiff and too wide.
I have the darkest brown hair (almost black) so I bought the "sable" color. Way too dark. My brows looked ridiculous and really fake (possibly because of the difficulty of applying my brows using a waxy crayon and then applying powder with a big hard cheap brush...!) I couldn't imagine a lighter color being better because of the overall bad quality of the product.
I don't know who this color would work well on. Maybe if you have a very dark skin tone it wouldn't look SO harsh. But I still wouldn't recommend trying it!
This whole system is a waste of time (to apply) and way overpriced. I returned this right away.
This whole "bulletproof" claim is kind of ridiculous. This product was not (and I did follow instructions.)
I guess I can hope for/keep looking for something better than what I'm currently using, but right now I'm happier with my own brow routine than Mally's.
They always talk about how she's a makeup artist to all these "big celebrities"... after this product I don't know what she's using on them or what kind of standards they have!
I'm back to using a dampened and then dry GOOD QUALITY angled brush and eyeshadow for my brows.

Best Ever!
I always get compliments on my brows when I use this kit! The wand works wonders. Fill in your brows ladies! It makes a huge difference!

does not work
The brush is cheaply made. The brow pencil is waxy and too soft. It was just falling apart and chunking off on my eyebrows. The powders are worthless. It was worth the money. I was hoping it would work because my eyebrows are super light and have been over plucked when I was young. I will stick with the eyebrow brush from bare escentuals (love) and my maybeline eyebrow powder.

The best--- natural and long-lasting.
Bless my heart, I am eyebrow deprived! I've tried countless fixes, and Mally's system is by far the best. For excellent results, I use a light touch, and with the three steps, my new brows last all day. In fact, I need to really rub with a cloth to remove when I wash my face. Usually when I find a product I love, it's discontinued, so I'm hoping this makeup is here to stay so I can continue to face long days with brows that don't disappear.

Fabulous!!!
This set is awesome! It doesn't make my eyebrow look fake just simply well groomed. Long lasting for sure in fact, yes when I forget to remove my makeup my brow looks amazing the next morning. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5-star rating is the pencil. It's kinda hard to sharpen nicely and not "choppy" looking although I recently purchased the actual Mally pencil sharpener and it seems to do the job much better. Thanks Mally for making my eyebrows pretty:-)

ALMOST PERFECT BROW DEFINITION…
...EXCEPT FOR DIFFICULTY WITH THE PENCIL… I chose Taupe which matches perfectly with my silver-mixed hair; yes, it is long-lasting until removed with cleansing or eye makeup remover; and the duo of two formulas are in sync, looking natural. The pencil goes on with difficulty, and sharpens haphazardly, so the point is difficult to maintain. The highlight of my Mally Brow Defining System is the staying power of the ‘setting powder’ and the taupe color with brush -- a good partnership, though the brush could be upgraded. The pouch is a nice touch to keep the system together in one place…not really a dire necessity; I have found a way of labeling its contents, as I have other Mally products in similar pouches, and ID’ing each saves opening them to find out what’s in which pouch.

Another 24/7 Success Story
Just received the brow defining system last week - was not originally sure I picked the right color, but I think I have figured it out - I have the correct color, I was just not used to seeing my brows still in place throughout the day, so I was doing a double-take every time I caught a glimpse of myself in a mirror! No issue with the pencil to date, no issue with this product coming off. I remove it at night with my eyemakeup remover. I LOVE IT!
I have now added this to my 24/7 eye-liner collection and see no reason to try anything else ever again. I do use the eye primer up into my brows, so perhaps that is why I am experiencing success with this product that others have not? Don't know, but I will continue to spread the word that Mally products are BULLET PROOF!
