I wanted these socks and got them for Christmas. I don't wear them very often and already there is thinning in the toe and heal areas after 3 months of owning them. It's too late to send them back so I am stuck with cheap socks. Was very excited about the Muk Luks brand but not impressed. I ordered other brand of socks from QVC in the past and the same thing happened. I'll just buy my socks somewhere else in the future. Sorry QVC.

I gave a couple of pair each to my daughters for x-mas. I kept a couple of pr for myself. they are thin, the first time I wore then, there was almost a hole where my toenail hit the sock. they also are a bit small in the calf portion of the sock. If you have normal skinny legs this would be fine, but my calves are thicker but I am not overweight. They just fit too tight for my liking.

Washed, put in dryer, wore--great. Keeps my feet nice and warm. Love the length.

I am 5'10" and have long legs. Socks are always too short on me. Not these. They are really knee highs. I love them. Soft and comfortable. I will buy more!

I agree with the other reviewer who said that the yarn inside the socks is loose. This is with regard to the "Fair Isle" patterned sock. I bought these in all of the colors and in every case, that particular pattern not only had tons of loose threads all over the inside of the sock, sometimes even keeping you from putting your foot into it, but it also had NO stretch whatsoever and I could not begin to get it over my 17" calf. The striped, polka dotted and solid color socks did not have this problem. Some stay up better than others. There are certain boots and shoes I can't wear them with because they fall down. Certain boots are fine and they stay up ok. Definitely not as stretchy as I had hoped they would be. I guess I'll have to just throw the "fair isle" pattern out and settle for three pairs of socks per set. I would NOT recommend.

I bought these in the black combo. They are very comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. I wear a size 6 1/2 medium in shoes. These are not huge on my feet! Which is a big plus for me. The seam across the toes are not bulky. Just so you know, the pairs that have the design are thicker than the stripped and solid pair. I do not have any problems getting my feet inside the ones with the design, they do not snag on my toes or nails . My calves are smaller and they do not dig in. Yet, they stay up with no problem. I don't know how they would fit on women who have larger calves and or a bigger sized foot?

I ordered and returned 3 different colored sets of these socks. Loved the patterns but they arrived with yarn already pulled and on one of the stripped pair the pattern did not even line up correctly. The knitting process was not what I would want in a sock = the whole inside was full of lose threads which would catch on my toenails and be open to unraveling in my opinion and since some already had issues without every having been worn, I can only imagine how they would look in a sort period of time. For me these were not only defective but certainly not a good value! Too bad as the designs and colors were really nice!
