Nice, but
I ordered this jacket in an XS, my normal size, in black. I like the design with faux fur, but with a casual look due to the banding at the wrist and hem. Also, the hood is nice. However, I found the faux fur to be of the heavy variety, which sort of weighed me down, and made me look heavier than I am. Therefore, I returned this item.

Excellent Quality!
Ordered a Large, even tho I normally wear a small to medium in other brands, am GLAD I did. Am 5'5" 155#..somewhat busty which is where the L was needed. The Jacket in Chinchilla is more a dusty beige than grey, but the quality is superb! Am very happy with the easy pay, which makes this affordable on my budget Thank U Rachael AND QVC

Love This Coat
I've lived in Florida a long time so never thought about needing a coat. Now in north Georgia and purchased this jacket in Black. It's my first real coat in a long time. Very comfortable and beautiful. I wish the closures were a little more secure but I'm happy with the jacket. I can wear very thick sweaters with it. I ordered an XL and found it roomy. I'm 5'2 and the sleeve length is perfect for me. I'm really glad I made this purchase.

Very pretty
I liked this jacket, but decided the price was a bit steep considering the after Christmas sales in the department stores. I ordered it in black and it fit perfect, and quality was okay, none the less, I sent it back.

Stylish Jacket
I love the way this jacket looks, fits and feels. Many have thought it was not faux fur because of the high end quality and luxurious texture. Bought both mink and beaver jacket. Best tip was to down size a size smaller than regular size, and I did and happily it fits like a dream.... Thanks for the great jacket!

Pretty but very Heavy
I ordered this after reading all the wonderful reviews, but sent it back today. Very thick and heavy. Reminds me of the muton coats we all had in junior high. Too much bulk for my taste but I gave it four stars because it is a pretty coat if you want "heavy".

Beautiful Jacket
I love the jacket but am upset that I listened to reviewers to size down. I did and it's too tight across the chest and hips. If you are busty or hippy, I recommend ordering your normal size. I'm not going to send it back because it's too much trouble. I'll just hope I lose a few pounds for it to look better on me and so that I can wear something underneath it. I don't like when a jacket or coat pulls across the chest and/or hips, and going down one size causes that to happen for me with this jacket. The fur looks real and is so soft. I got the mink.

great coat
This wonderful ,soft coat came today. I got a 2x knowing Rachael runs generous,great fit. The band at the bottom is loose and not binding.love it!!

Great bomber
Wish more venders would make womens bombers. So when I saw this I ordered and glad I did. Fur is soft, sized down one and glad for the heads up on that one ladies. Thanks! Nice size hood for the weather. I have all lengths in coats and needed one like this. Good job Rachel!

PLEASE BRING THE CHINCHILLA BACK IN XXS!
Bought this in brown & Love it but I am more into black but don't want all black so Rachael if you read this please bring back the chinchilla in XXS!!! I have 5 of your vest's & this coat & one is better then the next!!! Please I beg you I need not want the chinchilla to be my go to for 2012-13. LOVE YOUR STYLE!

Compliment City!!
So I ordered and cancelled this coat in the brown mink twice ~ It was a bit out of my budget! Then finally, I bought it. I've worn it 3 or 4 times now and have had strangers stop and compliment me and ask where I got it.!! ADORE it! It's fun - it's "elegant" (very old time real fur features from the satiny lining to the closures) and my fave part is the lovely hood! It's all very soft. So, if you can swing it - try it out! I love mine!

It is the Bomb
When I first saw this jacket I fell in Love. I kept coming back to this jacket for months, hoping they would include a video so I could see how it looked on different body types as I am a full figure fashionista. I was worried that it would make me look big but it doesn't, it just really depends on how you are built. I finally made the plunge and ordered the Chinchilla in an XL and I love the look, feel, and design. I am glad I listened to the other reviewers and sized down as the XL vs 1X fits very well. This is one of those items that - if you really like it but are unsure you just have to take a chance. This is my first Rachel Zoe but not my last. Thanks Rachel
