Rated 4 out of 5 by from Okay bag I'm okay with this bag. The outside of the bag is terrific. The water bottle pockets are perfect (wish they were expandable so a wider bottle could fit). The insulation pocket is a super plus for me. I can now take some healthier snacks with me on the go, such as cheese sticks, yogurt tubes, snap peas, carrot sticks, etc. The compartments are fabulous, they keep everything organized where I can grab stuff easily. The inside is very deep with one small zipper pocket and on the other side a loose pocket the length of the bag. I think this bag would be best for going to the gym but not for a daily purse. I bought the North/South Overnight Puddle Jumper 2. I love It!!! PS. Make the handles with cushioning while carrying it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm So Happy With This Bag! I bought this bag in purple and I use it as a work bag. I love it! There are so many pockets and places to put things. I can fit all of my work files, my smaller purse and snacks inside. My tablet goes in the softly lined pocket outside and I still have pockets for keys and glasses. The rubber grips on the handles are an added plus! I highly recommend this bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got two and one is my gym bag! I'm so glad I bought these bags. I first got the nice rose pink color to use it as my gym bag last year. I love it. Got lots of room for my Spinning class shoes, seat cover, toning dumbells, wallet, makeup bag and an extra change of clothes. The side pockets keep a bottle of water and umbrella. The insulated pocket is great for my power bar, fruit and other snacks. I can even put an extra drink inside. Love it so much that i bought a second bag for work. My laptop fits perfectly along with my paperwork and necessities. Wonderful bags!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life Saver!! I'm a hairstylist that works out of 2 salons and recently had knee surgery that has landed me using crutches for the next 8 to 12 weeks. I'm usually carrying 3 bags into work, 1 for equipment, a handbag and a lunch tote. I'm not able to manage 1 bag, much less 3 so I found myself desperately searching for a cross body that could help with all of needs. I'm so thankful for this gem because it truly has saved me!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed and sending back As a disclaimer I purchased this bag in black as a commuter bag during the week but need to send it back. I was HOPING to use this as a purse/lunch bag/computer bag. The intent was to go from 3 bags to 1. Due to the lack of organization on the inside I couldn't fit all my purse stuff but I got down to 2 bags. Other reasons why I'm sending it back include 1) the bottom tore - it should be a hard plastic versus loose vinyl over what I assume is cardboard - it should also be black versus light gray on the black version. 2) the section with the magnetized closure does not stay closed and it makes the bag look sloppy. 3) it topples over if the front compartments are packed with things like computer cords. 4) I did not use the "cooler" section for food due to the other reviews - had I read the reviews about this tearing I probably would not have purchased the bag . I used it for notepads only.5) not enough secured interior organization - one of the pockets is elastic which stretched out and then gaped open. Things I love: 1) the cell phone compartment - had I been able to use this as a purse as well I would have used it. 2) 2 side pockets to hold a water bottle and umbrella. 3) length of the shoulder straps and that they stayed in place while on my shoulder.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous I took the bag with me on a flight to San Diego this month. I took my goodies in it and latter we had to drive back to Norfolk, Va from San Diego and I used this bag for things from out trip. I found more storage than I needed in this bag. This is my first Lug bag but it would not be my last. Great bag. I just love it and it's not too bag. I'm 5 foot 2 inches tall. Wonderful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from One of the straps broke within 4 months I REALLY liked/loved this bag. All of the different compartments, allowed me to carry an array of things. Sadly, I looked at one of the straps today; the cross strap, and the hook broke on it. This is disappointing because I've had the bag less than 4 months. Naturally the warranty was only good for 30 days I believe, so now I'll have to attempt to take it somewhere to be fixed. This bag was almost $70 and I did NOT expect it to fall apart less than 4 months later:-(.
