Rated 4 out of 5 by from LOVE THIS BAG.... But I really LOVE this Lug bag for travel as my personal item for carry on when flying. It's perfect with a large main compartment and all the zipper compartments on the outside for easy access. Just the right amount so you don't lose track of which pocket you put what in!! It's extremely lightweight and fits very comfortably on the shoulder and stays on the shoulder and molds to your body. Cross body strap gives plenty of length if needed as well. ONLY One Big problem/issue for me is the strap to go over the handle of my roller bag is a bit to short & I don't have my Lug bag that full. I can manage to get this Lug shopper over the handle although it's not easy At All. The Big issue for me is when I need to remove the Lug bag from my roller bag and it's a big struggle and doesn't want to come off. From the start of my trip getting on the bus to the airport I'm already frustrated trying to remove this Lug Shopper while the bus driver waits for me to struggle to remove my Lug bag so he can load my suitcase on the bus. Same thing arriving at the airport, the taxi cab & so on. Does anyone else have this issue?? This is supposed to make travel easier and relaxing not frustrating. AMI, Please help with the LUGGAGE STRAP :-). Love my Lugs

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This Bag Absolutely perfect bag. I take it to work every day. The pockets are great. Finally someone made a bag where all of the pockets aren't flat against the bag. When they are everything in the pockets bulge into the bag and crowd the main compartment before you put anything in it. Also, it's big enough. Pockets don't mean you don't need size. And it has give. Stiff bags are like packing your things in a suitcase, nothing can just "settle in". It's definitely going on the family vacation. Now I'm thinking of getting the north/south shopper as well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The good, the Bad, and the Ugly This is a rather in-depth review, but I hope potential buyers will find it helpful. Let me start by saying I was so excited to get this bag, and wanted so much to absolutely love it. I recently bought the Boxer bag, my first Lug product, and was immediately in love with the brand and had to have more. I had my eye on the Windjammer for a while, and watched all the QVC videos featuring this bag many times because, for me, an $80 bag is an investment. I finally committed to the purchase and, a week later, excitedly ripped open my package. The first thing I noticed was the massive size of the bag, and how heavy it felt when empty. I had been expecting a very lightweight bag, but the sheer size of it makes it heavy even before loading up the various compartments. Don’t believe the lightweight hype! So... The good: Organization, organization, organization! It doesn't really get more organized than this bag. There is seriously a place for everything, and that's what I love about it. As a Type 1 Diabetic, I have a ridiculous amount of supplies with me wherever I go. The Windjammer allowed me to stuff all my junk in one bag instead of having a purse, a diabetes supply bag, and a lunchbox for low blood sugar snacks. Even with various items, everything is easily accessible and doesn’t feel crammed. For reference, here is what was in my bag: full size Fossil wallet, Myabetic Kamen diabetes case (containing my blood glucose meter, a bottle of test strips, lancing device, three insulin syringes, a pack of crackers, and a granola bar), an extra bottle of test strips, a small bottle of glucose tablets, an extra insulin pump infusion set, two eight ounce bottles of juice, a travel pill case, my keys, an iPod touch, Chapstick, and my iPhone 7+ with case (which fits in the soft-lined cell phone pocket, a fantastic feature!). There was still room in the Windjammer, even with all of this inside. I was actually able to fit my makeup bag (containing a full size makeup brush, full size deodorant, pressed powder compact, concealer, and a small concealer brush), but removed it because the bag was so heavy. This is truly one of those bags that makes you think “what else might I ever possibly need in any given scenario?” just because you have the space for it. It also looks better when full, less slouchy. The zippers all work well, and the cross body strap adjusts easily, which is always a major plus! The bad: All of this storage and organization comes in a very overbearing package. I felt like the bag was wearing me! This is partly my fault because I didn't really pay attention to the dimensions before ordering. I just thought if petite Ami Richter could carry this bag gracefully, it should be fine for my 5'1'' frame. I re-watched the QVC video since receiving the bag, and still don't feel like it looks as large as it is in person. Loaded down with all of my stuff, I felt like I was literally “lugging” the bag around all day. It felt extremely heavy, so mid-shopping trip, I hooked on the cross-body strap, hoping that would fix the problem… Nope! This bag is much too large to work as a cross-body, and the strap did not feel sufficient for the weight of the bag. The ugly: Oh, those shoulder straps! First of all, the straps are much too bulky and broad. The width of the straps makes it impossible to fit both side by side on your shoulder. Instead, you have to overlap the straps, one on top of the other. They also constantly flip over, making the non-slip grips face upwards. While the non-slip grips are useful (when they stay in place), I found that they constantly got caught on my hair, and pulled strands out when I took the bag off my shoulder. Additionally, the non-slip straps make it uncomfortable to carry the bag in the bend of your arm (the length of the straps makes this difficult for petite girls as well). The fabric and construction of the bag (possibly also the navy dot pattern) give the appearance of a diaper bag. While I love the easy to clean bottom, the finish looks cheap and adds to the diaper bag image. It would be nice if the bottom of the bag matched the rest so it blended better. It is especially noticeable when wearing the bag as a cross-body. Overall, I would recommend the bag if you need to bring a lot of stuff somewhere that you won’t be carrying the bag all day. This would make a great dual diaper bag/purse for moms who will be hanging the bag on a stroller. I do plan to take it to work because I can fit all of my supplies, and leave it sitting on the floor under my desk all day without having to worry about it getting dirty. Although this bag is called a shopper, I would not recommend taking it shopping! I plan to switch bags when I go shopping because I simply cannot lug this bag around all day. If you have neck, shoulder, or back problems as I do, you will not be able to carry this bag for extended periods of time. On my shopping trip to test it out, I found myself getting my wallet out of the bag and carrying just my wallet and phone into stores with me, something I never do because I love having everything in a purse. However, for future shopping trips I would rather leave things in my car and return to it if there is something I need than try to lug it all in this bag. All that said, I think the construction of Lug bags is very good and look forward to trying a smaller Lug bag with similar organization.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from so disappointed bought the bag in Feb and yesterday Jun 1 the zipper pull came completely off while the zipper was being closed and there was no way to get into the bag except to cut it open to get my wallet, etc. - now the $86.00 spent is down the drain and the bag is ruined. unfortunately past the 30 day return policy but did not last even 4 months Very Disappointed for a bag that is advertised as being durable

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really handy tote I have been looking at all the Lug bags for awhile but wanted to make sure I found one that was not too big for my petite frame and yet had all the storage/function I was looking for. The Windjammer works beautifully. I babysit for two of my grandchildren every Saturday and am always bringing lots of odds and ends with me - books, colored pencils, my IPAD, snacks, pop for me (they don't get soft drinks), etc. I like the fact that with all the compartments I'm not just throwing everything into the same area of the bag like most of my larger shoppers are. The other outstanding thing about this bag is that it is very lightweight for its size. Usually a bag this large with as many extra compartments as this one has becomes pretty heavy even when empty. And the soft fabric allows for some overstuffing when necessary. I have the heather grey and it is a great neutral and isn't a shiny fabric like some of the other colors. Overall I think it's a great bag with multiple functions. Could be a terrific diaper bag too, although my grandkids are all past the diaper stage....thank goodness!
