Does not hold 20 lbs. of dog food as advertised
The presentation of this set claimed that the larger bin would hold 20 pounds of dog food....that's NOT TRUE!! We had a 17 pound bag of SMALL pieces of dog food and it would not fit!! Once I filled the large container, there was still enough dog food to fill one of the 18 cup cereal keepers. Luckily (for us) we use one of the cereal keepers to hold dog food for refilling the feeding dish....and I use the large bin from this set to refill the cereal keeper which holds the dog food. Although it works for us (which is why I gave this 3 stars) it is not what it was advertised to be or what I had bought it for in the first place!!!

great for medium size dog food
This set is great for dog food! A 16.5 pound bag, maybe even a 18 pound bag, will fit if you use BOTH of the bins. The bigger bin will fit 50 cups of dog food, and the smaller bin will fit about 30 cups. I love how easy it is to scoop out the dog food with that easy pop lid. So happy with this purchase!

Another great lock & lock product
While I too bought this based on the statement that it would hold a large bag of pet food and it doesn't, I still love it. I was using one of the smaller bulk bins to store the cat food I used day to day and had to remove the whole lid each time I went to feed my cats. So I love the flip up lid on the larger bin in this set for that reason alone. I am disappointed that it won't hold the whole bag of cat food but still think it is a great product and I just love lock & lock.

Need to be more accurate with product info!
While I love the overall design, especially the locking lid system, I was very disappointed that the large container does not hold nearly the quantity claimed in the on air presentation. It sounds like most of us purchased this specifically to hold pet food....and probably made the decision to buy based on the host's claim that it holds 20 lbs. of dog food.

Love the containers....
Just want to point out that neither a 13.5 or 16 lb bag of cat food would fit in the larger container. Wish it would. The presentation was misleading by saying a 16 lb. bag of dog food and cat food would fit. I tried both, and I would say at least 3/4 of the bag of 13.5 lb fit in the container. Was bought because this was a very good idea. Wish it was a little bigger to hold the whole bag. Otherwise my first experience with the Lock and Lock, and I do like them and will try some smaller ones.

No very large bins
During the presentation they said the large bin would hold 20 lbs of dog food. I bought this to hold 17 labs of cat food, but there is no way it is big enough. I don't think the little wheels are very sturdy either. I will see how they hold up. Disappointed they weren't bigger. May end up using them to store clothes or other light weight items. Disappointed because I generally love Lock & Lock.

OK FOR MY USE BUT
i purchased this set so that i could get the bin for my cats food. i put a 12 lb. bag of cat food in the bin and with the exception of perhaps an inch at the top, it otherwise filled the container. i also, like other viewers heard them say on qvc that it would hold a 20 lb. bag of dog food. (i also have a large dog). i don't see how as dog kibbles are two to three times the size of cat kibbles and of course the bags of dog food are larger. maybe an 8 to 10 lb bag of dog food, but definitely not 20 lbs. i won't be buying the bin for my dog's food until they make it larger. i can clearly see why people that bought this item for their dog's food were disappointed.
the smaller bin is great for pretzels, chips, etc.

AWESOME PRODUCT
I love these bins because they hold things that I don't want to leave in bags. They also make the pantry look alot neater. I have other LOCK & LOCK containers and I have to say I love them all. I probably have most if not all of the ones you sell.

"SPICED" UP MY KITCHEN
Love these--as I do all L&L. I buy spices in bulk bags. Until now, I have been struggling to find a "compact" space to keep all of the bags. Enter L&L. I now have ALL of my bags of spices in the large L&L--in one place--in one cupboard--easy access with the great flip-top lid. AND the spices stay fresh in their "new home." The smaller L&L holds all of my K-Cups for my amazing Keurig (approximately 80 K-cups). Keep them coming, Chris....I love L&L and I love watching you on QVC.

DOES NOT HOLD 20 LBS OF DOG OR CAT FOOD
really like lock & lock but was surprised when it did not hold 20 lbs of dog food as they said it did. But I kept them as I like the idea of putting my dog and cat food in sealed bins and will just have to keep some of it in the original bag. I have a lot of Lock & Lock and have given it as gift and will continue to do so. Thanks QVC for showing it on your programs

not large enough
They said on TV it would hold a 20lb bag of dog food. (that's why I got it) . I don't think it would hold even a 15lb bag. Too small! I'm going to keep it for dog bones only because it will cost me too much to return.

Big & Better
I have almost every lock & Lock QVC offers, and this one is the Bomb! I wanted and asked for larger and here they are!!They are Perfect for my needs..I use them both for my Puppy's food and treats..They full bag of food and tons of biscuits in smaller one..they look so nice, I am keeping them on my couter, and they has given me must needed space in my pantry! I have the smaller ,clear set, too and they are great, hafve had them for year or more, for sugar, etc...love the wheel function in this set too!!!
this brand cannot be beat for storage, I love the new set of bowls with t he larger bowl with a handle, I have three sets!!! The smaller sets they offer I gave as gift this Valentines and filled them with candies..everyone loves having a lock and lock...!!
Liked contianer more than candy! LOL
Keep them coming, and I will keep buying...
