Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked wonders for me I have lived with chronic low back pain for decades. I've always relied on my chiropractor for temporary relief. Since buying this item, not only have I not had to visit my chiropractor, but I now only have to use it once a week to stay pain-free! I know this may not be true for everyone and every back condition, but it has changed my quality of life. Be sure not to overdo it at first, because you may get sore if you try to do too much at once.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Little Lifesaver! I've suffered from sciatica for years and occasionally it would get bad enough where I would have to go to the chiropractor, but for everyday pain/discomfort, I would just deal with it the best I could (meds, rest, etc.). This provides noticeable and instant relief! I personally don't have to use it everyday, just when I have a flare up, but after 2 to 4 20-second pushes, I feel MUCH better! Even while I'm pushing, my whole low back/hip area goes "AAHHH!" After a recent car accident, I was left with more frequent flare ups. Having this so readily at hand was priceless. I let a friend who was suffering from a low back flare up use it and within a day's worth of intermittent use, she was back to normal. I wouldn't want to be without this amazing tool! Plus, my husband believes it will be a great zombie killer if the day ever comes, haha!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked for me I had a sciactia problem. Pain traveled down back of my leg and made it painful to walk or bend, or move. I did go to my doctor and was diagnosed it being sciactia. I did back exercises and used this Lo-Bak Trax for 2 weeks and it really helped. What it does is acts like traction. It stretches out the spine and allows blood to start flowing back in to the swollen area. I use it every other day now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's not for everybody, but it works! My boyfriend got this for me, and I read all the negative reviews, and I must say, to a certain extent it may be true that it will not work for everyone, but I too, like some of the reviewers here, have issues with my back (degenerative discs and sciatica). I have been to every chiropractor, acupuncture and therapist around, and I must say for the first time ever, I feel relief with this tool. I use it twice a day every day, I press it against my thighs, as shown and I feel that stretching on my vertebrae, and it does give me relief from all that stiffness I have every morning when I get up from bed, I can finally exercise more, where before I was in so much pain, I could not get myself to do that either. I did recommend this to my sister, but it did not work for her because her back issues are not like mine, so to reiterate, this may not be for everyone, but for those of us that it works for, it's totally worth purchasing, no matter the price!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works for my back! Very glad to have that. I use it when I go to bed n wake up in am. I feel better n feel my low back relaxed. I have sciatica. Very happy w that. One thing abt pads. One seems little slippery? Why not screws on pad area to hold them in place. That is why I gave 4 stars. Love this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great for people that don't have all issues that I I have not used it yet. I had a dr's appointment today and was told not to use it for fear that it was not good for the condition that is wrong with my back. I really thought it would help, but I was so wrong. I am very sorry and disappointed that I have return it.
