Liz Claiborne New York Petite Floral Print Maxi Dress is rated 2.4 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beautiful print, but... Ordered a size 2x, ran slightly small and on this particular dress, the lining puckered the bottom where it was attached at the side opening. If you're in between sizes, order a size up. Loved the print but returned the dress.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Pretty I am a bit under 5'4" so ordered the petite in blue, which was the perfect length for me. It is a lovely dress and very comfortable. I was pleased to find it at a clearance price. However, I am between sizes and ordered 2 sizes up. It is a bit roomy in the chest but not around the middle (where I carry weight). I am thinking about ordering the green too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Usually love LC maxis, but this is wrong on all levels. The head opening, the poorly constructed side zipper, and the fact that the dress runs a whole size smaller than normal. I alway order a petite in LC maxis and they are perfect, not so with this one - too short. The only thing I liked was the very pretty print.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problems with the neck opening!!! OMG...what's up with the neck opening??? Thought I was trying to get my head through the arm opening!! You certainly would have to do your hair & makeup once you got the dress on. Such a shame because the dress is precious and the material is so nice. Had to send this one back :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute but not sewn correctly I tried this dress on and loved it, but unfortunately the seam was not sewn correctly and had extra fabric sticking out at the slit. So I had to return it. Thankfully the return process was painless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very disappointed I am a big fan of Liz Clairborne clothing until I bought this dress. Very disappointed!!! The neck opening just fit over my head, the quality of workmanship is amateurish at best. Obviously no one was minding the store when this dress was put together. This will not stop me from future Clairborne purchases, however, I will check customer reviews first.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Flowy and feminine maxi dress I love anything in chiffon because it drapes nicely, is comfortable, and does not wrinkle. This dress fits perfectly in 2P, not too tight and not loose. I bought both colors and like them equally. This dress is versatile, from casual to dressy depending on the accessories and jacket or shrug. HOWEVER, as the previous reviewer stated, the head opening is extremely tight. I would have to put this dress on first and then do makeup and hair. Once it is on, I feel fabulous in it. I'm keeping the dresses knowing this imperfection. The design team should have put the zipper in the back, not on the side. Did they test it out on a 2P model to see how it fits over an average sized head?!?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Couldn't get the dress over my head! I thought my head was stuck in an armhole, but no, it was stuck in the neck opening of the dress. I couldn't get the dress below my hairline, and my head is not THAT big. I hope it's just a defective dress, and that they didn't make thousands of them with neck openings fit for tots. Needless to say, this one is going back and I'm not taking a chance on another.
