Pretty Shrug
I ordered this shrug in white so that it would go with many different outfits. It is very pretty. Was a little disappointed that the button is ready to come off already though, and I haven't even wore it yet. It would be nice if these were inspected before they were sent out. I do not have time to sew the button on tighter as I am going on vacation tomorrow, and was planning to wear it. :(

I bought this for my granddaughter who needs to keep her arms covered due to school restrictions on attire for school - narrow straps on tops for girls are not allowed. Since she lives in a hot climate, she likes cooler tops and this crocheted shrug is just right to follow the rules and be comfortable.

NOT FOR ME!!!
I thought the purpose of the shrug was to cover the upper arm over sleevleless tops or dresses. The arms in this shrug are way to short for that. Also, the crochet is to thin and looks like it was it was done on a machine instead of by hand. I was very disapointed with this item. .I'm sorry I have to send it back because it means I have to pay the shipping again.

Very Nice so far
I ordered 3 (tangerine, Island Blue & Brown) and they all look and fit nice. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I haven't washed them yet so I don't know how well they wash and the Island Blue is more teal then a true blue I was looking for to go with the outfits I have.

OK but not great
I found this shrug to be ok, the colors are pretty and it is a good longer length but the main problem for me is that the sleeves are quite wide and flare out rather than lay flat against my upper arm, just didn't look right, so will return, other than that it is just ok, not very soft either, disappointed especially since it has so many great reviews.

So Cute!
I wore my shrug today to do a College visit with my daughter and her friend. It was really cute paired with my white shirt and denim ankle jeans. My daughter told me I looked really cute "actually"...LOL, made my day! I ordered a Large in the Tangerine and I think it fits fine. I like that it's a bit longer in the back. I am 49 (almost 50) and I don't want to look like I'm trying to be any younger then I am, just a young me for my age. I think this shrug helped me feel that way today on a campus with College age kids! And I'm going on a date with my Hubby tonight with it on too! I recommend this shrug for anyone thinking about it!

Good and not so good
I orderd this in the pink grapefruit color. When I received it I liked the weight it has. It is substantial in weight and doesnt feel cheap. I have other shrugs that are lighter than this. Also, it is not crochet...only has the crochet look. I also liked the color. I will be hand washing mine as I dont trust this type of thing in the washer. I ordered my normal size and although I dont think I should have down sized, it is a bit roomy or even slightly large. If I downsized I think it might pull too much at the button. The negative about this is that for the price, I think that the button hole should be reinforced better so I wouldnt have to worry about it. It is a very tight fit getting the covered button through the hole. The potential for stretching out of shape at the button hole is definitely a concern. It isnt the most flattering shrug I have due to a little extra bulk on the sides, but its not bad. I am keeping it because it has good coverage. Just plan on handling with care.

Beautiful Shrug
I ordered the pink, when package arrived couldn't wait to open the package! I wear medium, and the fit was exact, I love it. I brought it to go this a sleeveless dress in case I need something on my shoulders, it will look great. Never disappointed with Liz Claiborne.
If anyone is thinking about ordering don't hesitate,you will be glad you did!!

Nice shrug for cool nights.
Even in the summer I learned to take a sweater to to a resturant they are also cold.....these are pretty and a nice price....you should be pleased.

Great Colors
I gave these shrug a 4 stars because of their vibrant colors -- everything else 2-1/2 or 3 stars. The area toward the bottom edging puff out. Also, like another review says, this shrug is NOT a crochet; no part of this shrug has any crochet -- every part, including the edgings, is knitted. The back runs a bit too long for me as I am petite (5'1"); it goes down a little below my waist.

It is the Perfect Shrug
I love the longer length of this shrug, not baggy in the back. I have it in tangerine & it is too cute. It fits true to size IMO. I want another color.

PERFECT LITTLE SHRUG
This is a true shrug and it is perfect. The yellow is lovely and a very "happy yellow".
Very well made a fits true to size. I am in Arizona and will wear this year round. I love it.
