Cheap Materials Received this skirt today in the olive. I'm sorry to say, going back tomorrow. The color/pattern is drab. No life to it. Lined??? I guess you can say it's lined just for the fact that there is a second layer. However, the lining is like mosquito netting. It serves no purpose as far as not being able to see through it. It simply adds another layer of cheesy cheap material. The outer layer isn't really any better. 04-04-13
