I ordered my usual size of 7.5. My fault that I took a chance despite previous reviews that these boots run narrow. However, not only are they narrow, the length of the boot was very short. So much so that I thought they must have sent the wrong size or mislabeled the boots somehow. Also, the quality on the inside of the boot is lacking. Looks like there's a cardboard insert at the heel, but this is actually a permanent part of the boot that I suppose is meant to give it structure. The faux leather look on the outside is fine, and the overall look of the boot is cute, but the inside is CHEAP and the sizing WAY OFF.

I bought these because they said they had a nice padding inside. There's no padding at all. Feels like walking on wood. I bought inner soles and that has helped. They look really nice. I got the black suede. I got a scrape on it and easily smoothed it away. They are water resistant because when I was walking in the rain they didn't soak through. Heel height is nice. Look good with leggings but as far as a good arch support/padding foot bed no. I got my regular size and they fit well.

I purchased these boots in black and brown in my regular size 7M and they were both very tight, narrow around the foot area and the material felt cheap, the heel looked cheap as welI. I was very dissatisfied and will return both pairs for a refund. I'm surprised at the Liz Claiborne label with these boots.

I ordered these boots in my size, 6.5M in black suede and brown leather and both pair fit perfect. I have been looking for a boot like this that has a bit of a heel without being flat. I was so surprised how cute and stylish they look on my feet and you can't tell they are faux leather. But the best part was how comfortable they are without having to break them in. I wore the black pair all day today for the first time with no comfort issue except a slight one. By the end of the day, the top of my ankle was sore from the top of the boot rubbing against it when I walked, so I deducted one star. But, that can easily be resolved when I wear boot socks. So what if they are faux and not real leather. For the price of one real leather boot I could have purchased in Clarks or Vionic, I bought two pair of these Liz Claiborne boots!

As the title mentions, if you have a narrow foot, this boot might work for you. I took a chance because I saw that some of the reviewers said that it ran narrow so I ordered it. It was a little too big in the width and my heel lifted out slightly however, I solved the problem by inserting a Spenco Original Green Comfort insole inside each shoe and now they fit perfectly!!! With a heavier sock they would have been fine too. I gave it a 4 because the opening at the top was a little bit big for my foot but I am sure that is so jeans or leggings can be tucked in. It is not a problem. I love the style and heel height and was looking for faux leather because I do not wear leather so they fit the bill perfectly!

I am 64 years old and was a little hesitant to order these boots, but so glad I did. The heel is not too high and they are very comfortable. Love them!!!!

I couldn't wait to receive these boots as I have never had a size issue with LC sweaters. These are to tight, I wear a 7.5M, these in no way fit. I buy aerosoles shoes in 7.5 M no problem . I won't waste my time reordering in an 8M they weren't that great. They are still Faux leather so don't bother.

I bought the black faux leather. This pair of boots is every bit as comfortable and stylish as were the boots and shoes I once purchased at the outlet mall Liz store. I usually only buy leather shoes and boots, but these non- leather boots are very comfortable, and look exactly like the leather boots in my closet. I would have purchased the brown as well, but my size sold out.
Once upon a time, there was a Liz Claiborne shoe store at the outlet mall near me. Almost every pair of shoes in my closet was purchased there. In fact, even though they are showing wear after over ten years, I am still wearing two pair of those boots because I have not been able to find anything else to take their place. When Liz closed it's outlets, not only me, but my friends and family all mourned.
Liz, please consider bringing back your retail shoe store. Or at lease offer more choices on the "Q."
