Great fit
So very pleased with this blouse. Most that have a higher waist make me look heavy due to my bust being 40". This doesn't. As they said it looks equally attractive buttoned up or left open. Will wear both ways this summer with a cute color tee under. I bought the medium, wear 8-10. Perfect fit, not too big to look sloppy and not tight anywhere to look like I'm trying to show anything off. I purchased all the colors. Love them all. I'm blond so they all go good with my light golden complexion. Material is a nice feel, good to wear in summer heat.

Not very flattering
This is a case where the garment looked better on TV than in real life. The fabric had a strong chemical smell (cheap dye?) and the fit was not very flattering.
I haven't had much luck with Liz Claiborne. This is the last thing I'm going to be ordering from that line - to save on the return postage, if nothing else.
Too bad.

not 4 me
Received this today and was so disappointed when I tried it on. I am too busty for this style. The fit was ok but the quality of the fabric was not a good quality considering the price of this blouse. I wear a 2X and I am a petite gal (5'1"), even sizing up would not have taken care of where the elastic was placed on the garment. Not a good fit for a full busted woman.

Weird style
I REALLY wanted to love this shirt. Got it in green, loved the print, thought I was going to love the style of the elasticized waist. It reminds me of those ruched/cinched waists I've been seeing of late in Joan Rivers collection. But no. Sadly this is the worst feature of this top. The elastic ruching is placed in a very weird location-halfway between my waist and my bust. This causes the waist to quickly creep up to just under my bust, creating an empire waist look. Now we all now that empire waists flatter no one, unless you're rail thin. I knew I would be uncomfortable and be tugging and pulling this waist down all the time. Back it goes. It was a great concept, but it doesn't translate into a good fit.

Love this gingham shirt, bought the pink and fits so well plus flattering to the figure with the gathered waist, shall be great for summer , crisp cool and sweet-----

So Cute
Be ready for compliments! Everyone loved this! It's so flattering the way it's cut. I am petite so sometimes things don't fit as well...this is darling! You can wear in like a jacket or shirt. I got the pink and would like to come back for the blue.

Comfortable
I actually purchased 2 of the blouses. The quality is okay and the fit is standard. I needed a comfortable blouse, easy to move in and it fits the bill. This is not one of the Liz Clairborne's best products, but it is okay.

Ugly Color
I don't even know if this is a nice fitting shirt, the parrot green color was so horrible, I didn't even take it out of the package. Back it went. There is a darker green color and a contrasting lighter green, but the background is not white. Instead, it is a sicklly off-white or yellowish color. Just bad. Normally I like Liz Claiborne items and have purchased many, but this is just a loser. Still, QVC is a good place to shop.

Love this shirt. I am very curvy and I just love the way it fits and flatters. I bought the black and the blue and have just ordered the pink. Next month I hope to be back for the green. LOVE it.

Love The Shirt But...
As a larger busted woman, the chest was gaping open. I would still recommend it for someone else. Wish I could have kept it!

I am not giving up
I received the blue and was impressed with the subtleness of the colors. It does not scream blue and white gingham. I was happy with the fit as well.BUT the waistline is about 4 inches above mine. I am going to try reordering because my original intent was to purchase 3 colors. Hopefully I'll be happy.

Cute top but am returning it
I received this top in the Parrot Green. It's very cute and I really like the gathering. Definely gives an illusion of a waist, even though it isn't at your waistline. The problem I had with the shirt is that there is gapping at the bust. I am a larger busted woman, so this is often an issue I find in alot of button front tops. I would recommend this to a friend who doesn't have such issues, but for the money, I'm returning this and picking up another LCNY item.
