Little Giant could care less
Very excited to get my first LGL and when it arrived and I took it out of the box it had
a DENT on outer sleeve of the latter top step. I called LG and was told they could not do
nothing on there end and to call were I got it from. And I did and was told of getting a
response in 7 business day and that did not happen. Very disappointed in the service
of getting this matter taken care of as far as a replacement part. So back it goes an will
not even consider a Little Giant Latter again.

Best ladder ever!
Fantastic ladder! This ladder is easy to roll around, open and closing is easy, and extending is easy as well! I have chronic sciatica that causes extreme pain from waist
down and must be very careful in whatever I do. This ladder has allowed me to do home maintenance again. Incredible!

BEST fathers day gift ever
i received this as a gift for fathers day 4 years ago. this has been the best gift i ever got prior or since. it can seem a little pricey but it is well worth it and when i got it, it did not come with all the accessories. i ended up buying a few of them separately. this ladder is so good that i have a 24 foot straight ladder that i used to use to clean the gutters, not any more. as a matter of fact i have not got on that 24 ladder in 3 years. the extension make it tall enough to reach the gutters of the 2nd story while it is in the A frame mode. the weight is light enough for my wife to get it out to hand things up outside. the material is extremely sturdy and i weigh 275 and the ladder never seems shaking even when im on the top. this is well worth its weight in gold to buy.

Best purchase ever
I bought this ladder because we have 17 foot ceilings and when the smoke alarm battery dies at 2 a.m, standing on a shaky ladder is not safe. This is the best ladder we have ever had and I recommend it to all my friends and family.

Husband Loves It
What a wonderful product! Just in time for our bedroom remodeling. My husband is so pleased with this ladder and has wanted to get it for a long time. Now he has it and he will find a million things to use it for. Thank you QVC we are impressed with the quality and durability.

GREAT LADDER!
We just got this ladder today and I have to say we are VERY impressed! We looked at ladders at local big name shops that were the same price but not near as nice. Price is less than other stores for this same ladder and with QVC we got easy pay....I'd say that's a great deal. Once out of the box you can just tell it's made very well! Very happy with this purchase...thanks QVC!

15 ladders or more... For my husband but now that we have this.. I feel safer using this even as a step ladder cleaning top of cupboards;). I haven't found anything wrong.. At all.. Maybe make it in red... My favorite color;)

Lets me get in the air!
I bought this ladder for myself so that I could get on our roof, up on poles,in trees and any where else I couldn't get to before. We had to install security cameras because of a crazy neighbor and when I saw this ladder I knew it was the answer I had been looking for! I have extended it as far as it will go and am very secure . It doesn't slip or shake. If you own a home this ladder is a must. It's not too heavy that you can't move it around. I have taken it across our yard which is about 400 ft , many many times with ease. Get you this ladder ladies!

Husband loves it!
I purchased this ladder as we just built a new home and needed this for various projects(painting, leaves from gutter removal, hanging new light fixtures, etc) My husband said this is the best ladder he has ever used. He said this is very sturdy and he has been up on this high with a pain tbrush and a gallon of paint and this ladder doesn't budge.We are very pleased with this purchase. A great investment for new homeowners.

Great ladder--surprisingly heavy
I got this ladder a few months ago because I was tired of borrowing my neighbors ladder or using my 6' utility ladder to clean out my gutters. I recently used it for the first time and was very surprised by how heavy it was! I know that for it to be heavy means durabliity but I guess I assumed that since it was aluminum it would be rather lightweight. Carrying it was rather awkward but I got used to it. After a short learning curve on opening and usung the ladder I found it easy. The only problem I had was w/ the work platform. Not really sure how to use it or store it. All in all it sure beat the large ladder my dad had; putting it up and storing this is a breeze! BTW I am a 52 yr old woman.
