I purchased the last two colors in these boleros by Louis because they were on clearance. They will be perfect with a sleeveless maxi dress. I like for my arms to be covered especially in air conditioned places and these will be perfect. They were a good price and I could afford the small easy payments. I love the Louis line because it is so classic and will never go out of style. I have purchased several other pieces and they are really nice quality. So I thought I would take a chance on these inexpensive boleros. I do not regret it. Thanks....Louis.!
Rated 2 out of 5 by LRose77 looks like t-shirt sleeves
I bought this to go over a sleeveless dress. No. It looks like I have sleeves on from one of those baseball style t-shirts. If you lift your arms at all you see armpit, so must wear with a top with sleeves. The material feels soft to the touch but looks like cotton. This is just NOT what I thought it was. Despite the fee to return, ill never wear this so its going back.

Finally a beautiful design to cover your arms without looking matronly. I missed out on the black, so I bought the red and now coming back to buy the blue even though I don't have anything to go with it, but I did see a pair of colored blocked shoes with that color of blue and black so I'm going to buy an outfit to go with this FABULOUS Bolero. I'm not sure I would order a larger size as I just read in a review. I'm normally a large and I think I might be able to go down a size to have the arms a little closer fit. PLEASE BRING THIS BACK QVC BUYERS :)

I liked the idea of this piece and ordered it in the blue and red. After reading the reviews I decided to take the advice and size up. (Normally I wear and XS or Small and ordered this in the Medium). I'm really glad that I did and am still thinking about returning them for a Large instead.

Everything is not for every BODY. This piece depends on your fashion sense and style. This shrug fits perfectly for me. I went up a size and I love what it does for an outfit. I've worn this piece over top of dresses and light weight tops; it's a great piece to accessorize an outfit . I also agree with a few of other reviews, that you can use to cover your arms in cool places or protect your arms from the sun. You can get much use from this garment and I would purchase this in other colors. I recommend the Hibiscus color, very vibrant and a sexy color.
Rated 4 out of 5 by cyndog An Actual Shrug
I like the fact that is an actual shrug, cover only arms and shoulders. Somehow every little sweater or short cardigan became a shrug. A shrug is called that because it covers where you shrug your shoulders and that's it. Really not a bolero because they cover more of the bust. I also wish QVC would get the difference between a cape, a capelet and a poncho. After all, they're selling fashion. That being said, I do like this, but am debating whether to return it as the sleeves are exceptionally long on me and won't be as good a deal if I have to tailor. I do like the lightweight fabric and would recommend this.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Frugalfashionista Not what I wanted
I wanted something that would cover my bra straps if I wore sleeveless with a bra. These do not. They only come over your shoulder, not further in like on the model.
The fabric is also hot, so even if I wanted to keep them for the look and wear with a tank it would not work in warm weather.
I think if you want to wear a tank or camisole but have sleeves and you need warmth, then a cropped bolero/shrug, etc gives a taller, slimming appearance which is good so this would work.
As always, I hate the shipping/return shipping cost.

This Bolero is one of my favorite Linea purchases ever. I have purchased well over 50 Linea garments throughout the years. Love this high fashion design and fit. I have ordered all three and love the fact that it triples as a bolero, scarf and belt. Would love to have one in every color on the planet!!!!
Rated 1 out of 5 by mariedot Sleeves to wide
From the presentation on tv and the picture on the website, it appears that the sleeves near the wrist fit close to the arm. In fact, the sleeves are way to wide in the lower arm and wrist area. Also, they are to long. Sent this one back.
Rated 5 out of 5 by bucks I really like it!
I bought this bolero to go with the watercolor dress of Mr. Dell'Olio's.
I really like the two together! I am small from the waist up and this
style complements my shoulder and waist area. The pop of color on
my arms helps to give dimension to them. The price is incredibly low
so it is worth it to try it . This style of clothing is good for me and I am
pleased with the purchase!
Rated 1 out of 5 by loveour4leggedfriends Awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As the another reviewer stated, this must be a joke. I did size up from a M to a L but I have never, ever seen such a ridiculously cut bolero/shrug in my life. First, it barely covered under the arms and if you are chesty, made you look 3x as big. But the worst part for me was the back, it looked like it shrunk in the dryer as it was 1/4 was down my back. This was the most unflattering piece of clothing I have ever purchased hands down!

Ordered up as suggested. I usually wear XS or S and ordered a M. It was all sleeves
and not much more. Friends I showed it to wondered where I bought it suggesting
a discount store or a factory reject place. I've been happy with Linea in the
past but this poor quality item went back quickly and has put me off the brand. I've
been shopping with QVC since it first began.
