As mentioned by others, the snaps on this jacket are incredibly hard to close! I thought I was doing something wrong, but obviously others had the same problem. The fabric is SO wonderful. I ordered the black and fern (beautiful in this shade) colors, also very nice. But the snaps (and zipper was also sketchy on one) were too much to overlook. LOVE LOVE LOVE Louis' designs, but lately some of the other details have not been quite up to snuff. I normally wear a XL in LDO, and got this in 18, which was too big. When size is numeric, it is sometimes hard to judge. Decided not to reorder in smaller size. Too bad -- this jacket in fern was a beautiful combination.

except that the snaps don't work on mine in black. This is not a problem for me because I don't want to roll up the sleeves or use the pockets. I'm a person who leaves all the pockets stitched closed. The four stars is for the great fabric, cute style, summer weight cool and excellent fit. Will wear with the crepe gauze pants and the dress in the same fabric.

If it hadn't been for the waist seam which accentuated my fullest part, plus large outside seamed pockets hitting at the hips, I would have kept it. The snaps were terribly hard to snap...almost had to use a hammer! Jackets are more flattering without a waist seam, in my opinion, unless you are already on the slender side. I wear a 1X. Hated to return as I loved the casual style of this jacket and the light weight crepe gauze material.

I first ordered this in fern green and then ordered another in the pale blue I jumped on this jacket since it was a jacket that was not so terribly long that it would be overwhelming on a petite. Fits well, like the fabric and laundered the fern color and it laundered well with no wrinkles. I will likely wear it with the sleeves rolled most of the time, but either way works on me even though I am only 5'1". I love the Linea line but always have to shop carefully for items that are not too long. Sure wish Louis could bring more petite sizing since he is the best designer on the Q by a long long way. The only reason I gave this 4 rather than 5 stars is due to the neck opening being a bit wide. Terrific it you wear a long of short statement necklaces, but I do not.

The size 16 jacket was too small, the size 18 way too big. Bought with the matching pants for cruise & a week in Paris. The same problem with the pants, 14P a little small & way, way too long. The 16P a little large & long in the crotch & way, way too long. Need 4 inch heels for the hem not to hit floor. After trying on the jacket & pants together I realized that No Way would I look like a QVC model or even nice in these clothes. I love Louis, not so happy with his clothes lately.

I buy a great deal of Linea. Louis Dell Olio is the best designer on QVC. I liked the jacket when it was presented. It was well designed, fitted and the fabric was great. Also all of the snaps worked. The jacket in Fern just did not flatter me. I decided to return the jacket. I am sure it flatters a great many people.

Love fabric & fit in Black, Large. Does have understated classic elegance as reviewer White flowers said. Yet multi usage. Should get many yrs of service. Perfect Fit in shoulders & chest (42C), & zipped up still had some ease at thickening abdomen, wearing a short sleeve top. If I wanted to wear fully zipped w/ L SL cotton LDO shirt, I might go up to an XL. Thank You Mr. D'O!

So sorry to have to return this because (1) much heavier material than the gauzy appearance on TV and wanted a light, spring-weight jacket (2) tab snabs very stiff but worst of all (3) couldn't open the zipper and finally had to step out of the jacket!
