Linea by Louis Dell'Olio Button Front Swing Coat is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 58.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome This is a very well made coat. Just what I was looking for. I sized down though; I usually wear a large but because of the style I'm wearing the medium and it fits well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stood test of time Have had and enjoyed this coat for a few years and will continue to enjoy it. I have the classic black and would get the red if they had in my size. I ALWAYS get compliments on this coat and it is so versatile. Good for mild weather or over a heavy sweater for colder weather and great for transitional weather - especially in midwest. Ican't recommend this coat too highly - it's a winner!!! Will keep my eye out for my size in the red LOL

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Jacket I'm very pleased with this purchase. Ordered the navy blue in size small after reading reviews that it was generously cut. Love the raglan sleeves and inverted pleat. I did have the sleeves shortened but I'm 5 ft so need petite size jacket which is hard to find. Other than the sleeves being too long, this jacket fits very nicely. It's made well and looks great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect I am 5'1. Need petite sizes. Sometimes if unconstructed I can wear a regular size. This coat fits like a jacket not a coat. Love longer swing style coats with sleeves that are fuller yet shorter for layering. I also live in a state that has winter weather not California or the Southern states. This coat has great design, light weight, and sleeves slightly long. Would be great on a thin regular to tall woman for spring weather.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The buttons are SUPPOSED to be loose. This is a heavy fabric and there should be a little give in the buttons, even though they have a shank.Otherwise, you pull on the fabric and could even put a hole in the coat. Now that's out of the way, I really like this coat. I've owned it for about a month.. I find it flattering and I love the blue color. It is so pretty, I wish it were a little better made, like a heavier lining and more substantial buttons. There's nothing wrong with either, but the coat begs for classier materials. But then it would be more expensive so it's a trade-off. The coat is warm without being too heavy. It is a dressier coat, not one that will keep you warm while sledding! It's not meant for that. I'm 5'6" , 165lbs and got a medium which fits great, just enough room for heavy clothes or layers. The sleeves hit me right below the wrist. Wish it were a tad longer in the back to cover my posterior from the Michigan winds! This is my first Linea purchase and I'm very pleased. I would never buy a coat for someone without having the recipient try it on first, which is the only reason for my answer to the question "Would you recommend this product as a gift?"

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Caution! The design and fit of this jacket are great! However, I was unable to put my hand through one sleeve because the lining was sewn to the outer fabric in reverse! I spoke to a customer service rep about holding a replacement in my size medium, but she explained company policy required them to first receive and process my return jacket. Because it's on sale, and the styling/fit are great, I decided to use my sewing background to disconnect the lining and reconnect it correctly. I also had to re-sew all 10 buttons on, as they were all loose. This is NOT a quality product - and certainly not deserving of a designer label (Even the LDO labels were all sewn in very crooked!) But the style is so great, I decided to keep it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why Did I Wait So Long? Most of the year I live in a warm climate, so I've passed on this coat for months. Finally I ordered the Hunter Green because of the stash of Linea Whisper Knits I have in that color: the cardigan, scoop neck tank, turtleneck, V-neck, scarf, and petite pants. The coat is beautifully made with great attention to detail. I ordered down a size and the shoulders are perfect. I will need to shorten the sleeves, but that is typical for me at 5'-4". I almost missed out on this beauty. I'm waiting for the color block top to arrive as well in the Hunter Green/Chartreuse combination, A267877. Thank You Louis!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Feel and Swing I got a Large, which is my size, but a Medium would have been fine. The sleeves are also a bit long, but I'm going to keep it because I can layer nicely under it. The material and feel of the coat is first rate!
