I agree with Louis - this is a great blouse!
I am broad in the shoulder and full in the chest (42D) so I have trouble with a lot of button down shirts, gaps between the buttons (fashion tape does NOT help), cut too tight in the shoulders. Big shirts are usually cut right, but they're too long to wear with a business suit. I have been wearing shells for years because of this.
This is the blouse everyone should have in their closet! Fits beautifully, lovely drape, the fabric is weighty but not thick, enough fabric to tuck into skirts or pants and it's just pretty! Year round weight, yes, it's a little sheer for winter, but I have an ivory cami which I would need anyway since we have arctic level a/c in my office, but under a sweater or blazer, nothing immodest and it's not see through so I'm fine with it.
I have the ivory in an XL and it's perfect. No gaps, enough room to move in, but doesn't look like I'm wearing my father's shirt, perfect under a business suit and will wear it with the olive tweed blazer, the topaz boucle blazer, a pair of black velvet trousers, black leather jacket and the black jewelry shown here. Would love to get the tarragon, looks so pretty in the presentation!

Glamorous
Agree with previous reviewers that this is the blouse that every woman has searched for - Until along comes Louis with his fabulous design. Love the drape & weight of the fabric, high shoulder seaming detail, crisp pointed collar, 3-button cuff and the gathered seaming @ the top of the sleeve for a hint of architecture! In addition, the removeable ties add a bit of flare with versatility. Purchased the Tarragon along with the matching Fortuny-esque' pleated skirt to pair with the Tarragon Tweed Blazer. This is one of many of my favorites from the 2012 Fall Collection!

Classy!
I ordered the tarragon to go with the tweed blazer, whisper knit pants and tarragon cardigan. The fabric is not thin or flimsy and has a lovely finish to it. Can't go wrong with this blouse.

Its a winner!
Just received this today. Unsure of size, this along with several other pieces from Linea being my first time ordering this line. What a beautiful blouse and so comfortable. I was looking for a knockout whte blouse and I hit the jackpot. It was all I was hoping for and then some.

Love the Tarragon

Elegant!
Being a plus size, fitting button-down blouses is a challenge. I played it safe and only ordered one color in this blouse - and could kick myself for not ordering every color from the get go! Of course, too late now. All of my size is sold out. If you are a fuller figure and need some give and movement in the shoulders and chest, I recommend this one. It is the blouse one can look at for years and not find.I love the fabric. It has substance and a beautiful drape. And, I love the options of going dressier with the ties or going more casual with an open collar. Definitely worthy of five stars.

Exquisite Blouse
This is that blouse that you search for, but never find. The fabric has weight and a beautiful drape. The detailing is perfect with the placket front and three button cuffs. The tie is pure designer. I ordered the Tarragon and reasoned that I didn't need the Black and White. Well, after I saw the blouse and tried it on I knew that was a big mistake. I have finally received the other two colors that were waitlisted and I am thrilled. This blouse will never go out of style, and you will never find it again at such a modest price.

I have been looking for this exact blouse for several years. BUT, I want it in white! Please Louis, bring it out in my favorite color, WHITE. Ivory is nice, but not what is best for me. Thanks for your time. P.S. I really adore your clothes and I have quite a lot of your designs.

So Pretty.........
I loved this blouse & this material, but unfortunately, I had to return it. The only thing I didn't like about this blouse, & the reason for the 4 stars, was the shoulders.It had too much fullness for me & since I'm a bit broad-shouldered, it made me feel even broader.
LOUIS......TAKE OUT THE FULLNESS & I'LL BUY THIS IN EVERY COLOR!!!!

Beautiful ivory blouse
This is the type of blouse you think you can pick up anytime and soon find out it is nowhere to be found (especially in a plus size). I made the mistake of purchasing a black sleeveless wool jersey jumper-like dress that required a blouse. I never found the right one until now. The ivory version of this blouse fits well, especially in the upperarm area, and looks expensive. Can't ask for more than that. Very pleased with my purchase.

Elegant Blouse
I ordered all three colors and am glad that I did. The fit is excellent. I went with the smaller of my two top sizes - larger one is for woven shirts.
I like the fact that I can switch out the ties with the other blouses to create different looks. I also like that the buttons are hidden to give a clean look when I don't wear the ties at all and want to show off a necklace.
The material of this shirt has a a more crepe feel than silky feel if you know what I mean but that helps to keep the structure of the shirt crisp.
