A Wardrobe Essential
This jacket has it all - great fit, wonderful fabric and classy details. It is not often that one finds a jacket that looks polished and professional, yet feels like your wearing your favorite hoodie to the office! Love the light shoulder pads in the shoulders. I'm not one for lots of padding. The ones used in this jacket are just enough to give a smooth hang to the jacket but not enough for you to be aware of them while wearing the jacket. I rank this jacket up there with Linea's Whisper Knits...it should be considered part of the Linea Essentials group and be offered in more colors (both solids and patterns).

It's Animal Print - Again.
I may be in the minority here, but this sure seemed like the same old animal print to me. I like Mr. Dell'Olio's animal print, but enough is enough. I got the brown and it looked exactly like 2 other of his "animal" prints that I have. The other problem was the shoulders are very big. Maybe he made them that way to acommodate the shoulder pads, but they seemed way out of proportion to me. I could not have sized down since it was a very close fit in the body. In fact, too close for me. I would also argue about the value of this jacket. It seemed barely a step above the typical track suit jacket. Just because it has a zipper that works both ways doesn't make it special. Sent mine back.

Great fit and finish
This is a lovely jacket, I could own this in other colors--I chose the burgundy--and also in other fabrics. The jacket feels like it is tailored the fit the line of my body as if it were custom made. Cannot say enough good things about it.

Unsung Heroes!
Finally they have a video up of this jacket! For a long time there wasn't one. Which was a travesty since this jacket is phenomenal! Just received my 3rd color. Love this for durable classy-looking wear when traveling. The zip pocket lets you stow things you don't want to have spill out in your seat and the 2-way zip front let's you sit in comfort even under a seat belt. The little stand collar keeps the draft off your neck. That's for practical. For style, these are unbeatable. They don't scream "animal print" and look SO good with turtlenecks in all fabrications. Can't wait to wear these into the spring/summer season also. Will be great with tees. So far I've worn them over dresses, skirts and jeans. Pair them with black pants and you have a dynomite outfit. Linea continues to amaze, please and delight. Great fitting, flattering and comfortable. What more could you want? I stay posted on this designer. He's now my main reason for shopping at the Q.

Sooooooo Comfy!
And equally flattering, which is not always the case! I ordered this jacket in my usual Medium in Gray. The pattern was actually taken from an antique tea caddy in the Dell Olio's personal collection and is not an animal print at all. The pattern is very discrete and works very well with so many things I already have in my wardrobe. For anyone who has the Steel Gray Whisper Knit turtleneck or knit riding skirt in the same color from a couple of seasons back, this jacket works beautifully with them. But I will also wear it very casually with jeans. There is plenty of room in my normal size to put it over a blouse or a Whisper Knit sweater. As is the case with all of Louis Dell'Olio's designs, this is designed with details that go far above what you might expect at this modest price point. A winner, for sure!

Perfect in every way!!
IMO, this is up there with one of the best LDO jackets ever! It works with my casual lifestyle perfectly. This is absolutely flawless, the fit is great (fits true to size), the fabric is weighty without being too heavy, the mottled effect is not a loud animal print at all, but rather a muted abstract. I love the removeable shoulder pads for a crisper, dressier look, the double zipper for comfort, the sleekness in the design, the hidden pockets.
This is definitely a three season jacket although it can also work in the a/c in summer.
I have the brown and black and could not be more pleased.
If you are on the fence, buy it!!!

Perfection
This is an AWESOME jacket. I love the 2-way zipper and the different looks that achieves. Love the collar, the seaming, the zip pockets, the stretch, the long-enough sleeves the nice length of the jacket. I first ordered this in chocolate and found it to go beautifully with so many skirts, dresses, and pants - which really surprised me - that I returned to order it in the raspberry. Want comfort, style, panache and slimming good looks? This is your jacket! Again, many thanks Mr. Dell'Olio. Another triumph!

Great jacket
After reading the other reviews I bought this jacket in grey. I love it! It's great for work, church and would even work with jeans. I usually wear size 14-16 but bought the Large (my usual size in this line). I exchanged it for an XL because the arms are short on me and I needed just a little more room. This jacket will work for women of all sizes because of the cut and slight shaping in the body.

STYLISH AND COMFY!
This is an awesome jacket! It's really comfortable & soft to wear, & is versatile in whatever look your fashion need happens to be... chic, dressy, sporty, casual, etc. I got the chocolate in Medium, & the fit is perfect. I love the subtlety of the tortoise print. I hope this jacket will continue to be offered, & in more colors...Louis has an exquisite eye for color, & he's mentioned his "woodsy" colors like olive & tan, I think this jacket would be gorgeous in those neutrals..

Very flattering!
Love this jacket, the shape is quite flattering. Being a petite I will have to shorten the sleeves a bit, but otherwise perfect jacket..
