Disappointing Purchase
Ordered these shoes because they were available in a wide width.
Received today and I am not sure what their idea of a wide shoe means but these are not at all wide.
I have purchased other Life Stride shoes in wide and they have fit comfortably but these are not the least bit comfortable.
Very disappointing. Going back and agree with other comments that the return fees are getting to be a bit much.

Terrible
These shoes are terrible. Ordered my usual size - could not even get my toes in.
W A Y small. Fabric is very stiff. Bad purchase. These return fees are getting to be too much. QVC I think you need new people - in shoes and clothing to control the sizing issues. Have had to return quite a bit. Not good!!!

Toe box too stiff; too small
I ordered the turquoise (beautiful color) shoes and received today. I wasn't crazy about the material--didn't realize they'd be that shiny. But the real problem was that they are NOT comfortable. The material is so stiff that it feels like it will cut into my toes. Fits fine in length and width. Also, the heel height is fine for walking. But the height of the toe box/strap (too short) combined with the stiff material makes it very uncomfortable. Back they go.

Very cute, but disappointed!
I recieved the coral and black pairs of this shoe today.
The style is darling, the height is fine and they are true to size.
The fabric is slightly shiney...BUT when I put them on and
began to walk, the heel kept slipping off my heel with
every step. I looked at the heel and noticed that the
actual "height" was rather low.
Sadly, I have to send them back.
So disappointed...
