Great Purchase
I bought this for my family room which is downstairs. I only have one zone heating and this is keeping this family room warm. It takes the chill away. Might purchase another.

It works!
I am buying my 2nd one of this type. This one is almost 70.00 less. This one is replacing my edenpure that only lasted 2 winters and their warrenty service didn't do a thing for me!! This cost a fraction of an edenpure and does the same thing. This model has a remote, which i love. I do not use the econo mode because I don't feel it is warm enough. My electric bill went up 30.00 dollars with it running 14 hrs a day. The oil cost sooo much more.

The product works great. Just one drawback is that the remote doesn't seem to work. Other that that, I am a satisfied customer. Thank you.

Amazing
I bought this heater because it was costing $200 a month to heat my 480 sq. ft. homewith propaine. I was really pleased and surprised to see how beautiful it is. Within the first 15 minutes, my home was warm and cozy. Much warmer than with my propane central heat. As with many others, the remote control doesn't work. but who cares?

USE BLOW DRYER INSTEAD
I have had this heater for over 3 months and waited to review because i wanted to be fair. My first thought was exactly right!!!!! JUNK!!!!! Didn't heat one room. My blow dryer gives off same amount of heat!! Only nice thing about it was that it was on easy pay!

Excellent heater
Purchased this to help offset our propane usage. I have a 970 sq. ft. home all one floor and being that it's a manufactured home it can get chilly during the winter. We have had this heater for over a month now and it works just like it says. My house heater hardly comes on now, maybe once or twice during the night. Haven't had to have a propane delivery in a little over a month and still have over half a tank which is nice. And just got the electric bill and it was only an extra 40 dollars to run this heater on high for the month so that made me happy. I have seen the reviews of people saying this is loud and honestly do not know what they are talking about as this heater is so quiet to run, you hardly hear it. We have it set up in our living room and it keeps both the living room and kitchen toasty warm. I am very pleased with this heater.

Warms us right up!
We ordered two mid-December 2012. One for us and one for my husband's grandmother. We love it. We use ours in the basement. We closed all of the basement vents and this heater heats the entire basement! Our basement is 1800 sq ft. with a large utility room (400 sqft) that is unfinished and is closed off. So this unit warms approximately 1400 sq ft perfectly which includes a small bedroom and bathroom.
The remote feature is great. No need to get up when you are watching tv.
This week it was aprox. 20 degrees outside (DC area in Jan). We had it on high and was not bothered with the noise at all. It is about as loud as the forced air running through the house!
Only down side is that I didn't buy a 3rd so it could be used on the main level...
p.s. Grandma loved it too! She lives in a townhome with horible circulation and distribution of heat and it heats her entire first level. And during the day she turns the heat down as the heat from the heater rises!

Great Heater
This heater works great. There was a slight odor when you first turn it on which goes away after it warms up. Remote works great. We have a large open living room and it keeps it pretty toasty.

great heater
i live in an old house with 220 baseboards which I dont use . I use mainly this heater for three years. My edenPures have both since died , one lasting 3 weeks one a few months. This cost much less . Puts out more heat . Since my house is well insulated two of these are all i use ,only occasionaly using the second . Love them !!! My electric bills are tiny . House about 2000 sq ft

electricity hogger
Decided to get the infared heater to save on our electric bill. Was one of the worst purchases i made. I have a cozy house but it has an open floor plan, where the living room, dining and kitchen are in one big room. The heater did not warm up the room, i thought maybe it was too big of a space to heat up so i moved it to my bedroom, still did not heat up the bedroom. i had to stand in front of the heater to get warm. when i got my electric bill it was ridiculously high, i didnt even have my furnace on when using this heater. i wouldve saved $ just by using my furnace. this uses as much electricity as a space heater. Im so happy for QVC's easy return shipping.

Great Heater, Opened the box, turned it on and WOW, works great, it is in a large area 1,000 sq. ft. and heats great, remote control is a blessing. Easy to move from one area to another with the wheels and is a great looking piece of furniture. Best buy I have made in a long time. Thanks QVC.
