Nothing But Problems! We purchased this printer to go with a new computer that is used at the cashier counter of our retail shop. I chose it for the advertised fast printing. It has given us nothing but problems since we received it. It goes offline or simply removes itself from the computer entirely and unexpected and then we have to completely delete the printer from the computer and reinstall (not great when it decides to stop working in the middle of a sales transaction!). Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't-without any rhyme or reason. We have installed it wirelessly and directly to the computer, we have installed it as a shared printer on the network and as a non-shared printer. We have had it serviced by an IT professional at least 3 times. It will work for a bit and then quit again. I gave it one star because I had to give it a rating for my review to appear. Otherwise I would give it zero stars. If you are looking for a reliable printer, this is not the one!! 06-14-12
