Inside dough was raw. Followed directions, even added more time but could not get the dough cooked through on the inside.

Just awful! Cooked according to directions. These were tasteless, greasy and not worth the money. Not sure why host raved about them. Would not recommend this product.
Rated 1 out of 5 by emhqueen Sent as a Xmas gift
Sent 12 Leonetti's Italian Stromboli supreme to my son-in-law as his Xmas gift, when I asked him how he liked them he said "they were not very good and would not want them again." I felt bad because I spent over my budget for his gift and thought they would be good and he would really enjoy them because we are from Pennsylvania and could get them at a lot of places there but we live in Texas and they don't have them around here. So needless to say I am very disappointed in this product and would never buy any thing prepared by Leonetti's again.

I signed up for auto-delivery, but immediately cancelled it after preparing two of these.
First, some of them had broken dough where you could see the cheese and meats inside the dough. I prepared them correctly and had a pool of oil on the bottom of the dough in the wrapper. The mixed meat assortment had way too many green and red peppers. That was the taste that came through with every bite. The pepperoni Stromboli was really greasy. My son, who loves anything pepperoni said the Stromboli was just okay. He thought there was not a lot of flavor in the Stromboli. Our local pizzeria makes a much better product for less money per Stromboli.
They looked really good on television, and with the way they presented them, you could not tell about all of the oil on the bottom of the dough.
For the remaining Stromboli, I will put them on a wire rack, perforate the bottom of the packaging so the oil can leak out, and place the rack on a baking pan to catch the oil. Mind you, this won't get rid of the red and green pepper flavor, but at least they won't be so greasy.
I would suggest to Leonetti's to add more seasonings to the mixture, less green and red peppers and add more meat, plus I would strongly suggest they cook the pepperoni before putting it in the dough. That way, it won't be so greasy while baking.

It looked so good on tv. No heating directions with it. Would have been better had it come with marinara sauce or something. Too dry.

This is a very good Stromboli, it's delicious, bakes well in the oven and the bread has a delicious texture. We are reordering this item because the family loved it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rkkeller Great product, tastes nice.
I am not sure why any bad reviews as these are really good. Of course the pepperoni one gets a little greasy, ITS PEPPERONI, but it tastes so good.
Keep in mind these are not your typical corner pizza place Stromboli you are used to. They are made with a different more bread like dough and use provolone cheese instead of the gooey chewy mozzarella most places use. So they will be a little different than you are probably used to, but still good.
